I'm so frustrated right now. Still waiting for any change in my status...I'm still in Processing Hell for my 11/17-24 order and eberybody is getting their iphones...or at least an update

Exact same boat. It sucks, especially since the ship time in the US, as well as most places, have gotten bumped up 2 weeks.

Glad to hear these stories of pickups this year. I don’t think I’d ever do it, though, as I remember the whole iPhone 6 launch debacle. If you weren’t there to physically sign for it, you had to go pick it up at the UPS CC, resulting in a huge influx of people who ordered. I remember waiting for a good hour and a half that night.

Oh just wait until tonight, there will be lines for pickup at the CC.

First in line at my CC. 8:30 am opened at 9. Was worried because status hadn’t changed yet, finally changed at 8:52. It is 9:07 and there are about 8 of us in line waiting on the person to open still. The anticipation is killing me.

1st to pick up 9:27 am took forever for them to bring up packages

Warehouse guys said the ground truck already came by this morning and dropped off a small box. We rarely get 2 delivery trucks in a day. I know mine is on a truck, but I can't see it!! AHHHHHH!!!

Well, looks like I’m probably not getting the phone today. Last scan was for arrival in Ontario, CA. Should’ve left there and came to my local hub last night, and then on the truck for delivery this morning. This has happened with Apple products before.

No actually have two on UPS truck out for delivery right now. Just noting their may be more important deliveries.

Agree. IMO I feel it’s easier to cancel the order and buy it again than wait for the “Order In Progress” status to change.

Well a Fed Ex truck just zipped on by! Maybe I should have ordered from AT&T instead of Apple! The UPS truck just moved further away!

Picked up my X form my HUB it’s been nice pre ordering with y’all this year, good luck to those with later dates, I’ll see you this time next year!

We now go LIVE to iPhone X Mission control! iPhone X is preparing for launch as the iTunes backup and restore countdown. We now go down to the field and to Walter Cronkite with some comparison shots on the differences between the 7 Plus and X.
It feels great in the hand. Def a premium feel and gorgeous design. I almost hate to put a case on the beauty. Gonna go w the black case upper left. Spigen screen protectors def not cut precise to the notch.
Love launch day! How’s everyone else making out so far?

Just got a call from my local CC that my 2 phones are ready to be picked up (after requesting hold thru the app). Was really surprised to get a call from an actual human being LOL

Welp, mines out for delivery, so waiting for husband to message me that it’s arrived. I checked the Verizon site and it shows ‘pending upgrade’ with a ‘complete activation’ button, so hopefully I don’t get, caught up in the activation failures.

I feel like I just got a kitten - I’ve got it’s qi charger home, a selection of 3 cases..... like buying a cat bed and food lol..

lined up at at&t store on Long Island this morning and purchased silver IPX 256gb. Cancelled my apple.com order as soon I knew the store had stock. Out of curiousity, stopped by the local apple store on my way home (which was 30 minutes after they opened) and was told they had the same model in stock. Unbelievable. Never in a million years did I think it wold be this easy

Is there a signature required to receive the package? Last year for the 7+ I didn't have to sign. Just making sure since I'm stuck at work.

I wish I would, my truck is technically in my area and has gone all over the place. From what I can tell it is hitting businesses first.
