So my wife got her iPhone and she bought Apple Care and I just looked on my bank app and there's the Apple Care and a 0.00 hold. Im hoping that hold is for my phone

Where are you from then? Because from what I'm hearing, stock in any Apple Store outside the US is very, very limited. If what you're saying is true, that'd be great of course. But since I don't want to go through the process of waiting to get my money back and taking the bet whether the Dutch Apple Stores have them in stock I'll leave it like this.
Still good to know of course, because it might indicate as well that my model will find itself on my doormat sooner than what is currently expected.

Still waiting for UPS
Yeah, I thought that was going to happen to me UPS, typically, delivers late to me anyway. i opted for the hold at the UPS Customer Center. It didn't open till 1p but it sure beat waiting till this evening for my phone.

Last year I signed up for Apple's iPhone upgrade program and am on AT&T. I ordered through the app on my phone and got through around 1215-1230 am PST on 10/27.
Nice! Just went by the place, they couldn't find my package, and told me the same thing that they told you. Hopefully they can deliver on time for me.

finally have my phone set up. I'm happy. space gray does look like the jet black too me. maybe outside in sunlight i'll see the gray? haven't taken it outside yet. My iPhone 5S looks like a baby toy next to it. Kind of how the 4S looked when I went to the 5S but on a whole bigger scale. was surprised the phone didn't come with the live wallpaper on the lock screen. and it isn't really live. you have to force touch to play it. Haven't checked out the clips app yet. cool that it came with it. also need to find some AR apps to play with, the sky app and the dinosaurs everywhere
Easy setup. Only problem I ran into was not having the up to date ITunes. Smooth transition so far.
Just wanted to mention something I noticed. I have an iPad Pro 10.5”. I have True Tone turned on and screen looks great (120hz helps). iPhone X actually looks better to me with True Tone turned off. Might just be me, but screen looks a little on the yellow side with it turned on. I’ll take screenshots later if anyone wants. Try toggling it off and see if you like it better. I left it on for my iPad Pro, but I think I’ll leave it off for my iPhone X. Anyone else notice this?
Apple is definitely prioritizing iUP users. I’m on AT&T and ordered on the apple Store app and got my confirmation email at 3:11am EST and my 11/17-11/24 shipping window hasn’t changed. My order isn’t even preparing for shipment yet.
I agree with you the screen does look a little yellow to me, but when going thru my pics etc it looks fine.
I have att and ordered via apple app and received my phone today but I was always quoted today. Order placed within 2 mins of page going live.
Down to 20% after initial use and partial charge iPhone came with.
Just placed it on my wireless charger. it is slowwwww. getting about 1% a minute.
I guess I can expect longer charge times now.
I think my 5S has about half battery capacity left. When it gets down to 20% when I plug it in it instantly jumps to 35% but then when it's full it dies again in 2 hours

Mine was really slow the first 20% but it sped up considerably above approximately 60%.
