I placed my order at 12:05am PST and got my email confirmation at 12:08am and received my phone today and even had it held at a UPS Store. I used the Apple App as well and I'm with AT&T and used the next program. Sorry I disagree with you.
No Apple is not prioritizing IUP, you just happen to have picked the most popular color / storage configuration.
This was the first model color / storage combination sold out! The Silver 64 GB model was available the longest on Apple as well as the carriers.

So my iPhone has arrived in US address. I still have to wait for it when it comes to India. But thank you all for helping everyone and it has been a great pleasure. See you all next time in October for the next iPhone Pre-Order lol.

YAY!! For anyone who was in the 11/16-11/24 group my packaged shipped and will be here by Nov. 7!
For all who still have to wait receiving your order and are still able or allowed to cancel it, you can purchase online in Apple store apps and choose store pick up. I just did this for my other line for today pick up. This is subject to the store supply availablity. Good luck!!

I just checked and every Apple store around me has in stock availability for pickup today. I’m not getting an X but for those of you in the DC area, FYI.

But My charge I had for zero dollars is gone. I'm hoping it will go back on there for the amount of the taxes. If I remember correctly that's what happened with my wife's last week it was on the CD and for zero dollars and then disappears and then recharged for the amount
Mine has said by the 6th but it hasn’t moved since Thursday night. I hope it really is here by Monday night. It’s still in Korea
FYI here in Cincinnati, I was at the apple store at 11:30 am to pick up my 256gb gray ATT Iphone X, and there were still about 100 people in line and I was told they thought they still had enough phones for all of them. So apparently the shortage wasn't an issue at the apple stores.
Well it was weird. My wife and I had a payment method error and realized that we didnt have the right card on file. Our statuses were originally "Order in Progress".
After I chatted online with Apple and told them it was fixed, it went to "Preparing to ship" like 20 minutes later. Then about 3 minutes ago they had shipped for a Nov 7 delivery and it is also comes with the trade in kit box

and my problem is usually the line is ridiculous from launch day to Christmas in my mall
but the fact i just went on apple.com and it said available is making me twitch
Same here - frustrating as it looks like there is general availability in stores around NYC ...
Here in Mpls they have plenty of the 256 and 64 in space grey, but not what I want, which is silver 64.
Any movement with your phone? Mine still shows it sitting in Korea.

I got my 8 Plus on launch day and a returns department manager made an exception to allow me to return my 8 Plus and get a refund yesterday.
This enables me to get the iPhone X today. My local Apple store got new inventory last night and had all AT&T models but the 64GB X.
I just ordered a 256 Silver X with IUP for pickup around 11am.
If you want to try what I did on the 8, here were my steps:
1) Online chat at Apple.com and ask if a return would be possible. They said no and I asked for a call back from a manager to see if they might be able to make an exception.
2) Manager called back and agreed to make a return exception.
I didn’t expect them to make an exception for me but my pitch was that even with their extended 30 day return period, I wouldn’t have been able to preorder the iPhone X with this new launch cycle.
And of course, be polite and nice. They are doing you a favor and don’t have to make an exception. If they choose not to for you for some reason, don’t go off the hinges. Lol

Yes woke up hoping that they would show up and that they were in the famous USP99 flight that brought some out of Korea thru Anchorage and into Ontario California UPS hub. But nothing this morning. It seems strange they all arrived in Korea on that local Korea time 7:26 PM but a small group moved on. I was hoping it would show up as moved from Korea by now. A few of the phones (all arrived there same time ) moved but majority did not at least scans show no movement. I have slim hope all ours went on the UPS99 flight that arrived in Anchorage 12:40 PM local time yesterday and was in California by evening (but no movement shown since).
There is another UPS plane scheduled to leave in 2-2.5 hours from Incheon. Going to watch that flight also UPS67 link below in flight aware:

I have seen with busy days and shipments of iPhones lots of missing/lags in scans of phones, but 24 hours is a long time for nothing since yesterday AM. If the next flight is it still time it is 6 hours to anchorage and then usually delay and similar flight to Louisville Ky main UPS hub. That would put it there tonight and from there usually most packages due Monday will make it to us. So I hold out hope for lags in scanning or the UPS67 flight ;-)

Same with me also. I would say 3/4's of folks whose phones all arrived at 7:26PM local time yesterday am for us local, are still not showing other than being in Korea but all show delivery on Monday November 6. The only two scenarios possible with past experience are:
1) So many phones and hits on UPS servers on yesterday launch day that servers were overloaded and/or they just scanned a few of the pallets that arrived in a full plane at Incheon Int (Seoul) and they all went with UPS99 on to Anchorage and then onward to hub in Ontario California or:

It looks like UPS has added a special flight from ICN today. UPS67 goes ICN-ANC-SDF leaving ICN at 10:48 EDT. Usually UPS99 is the only ICN-ANC flight but doesn’t operate on saturdays.
I think that those of us that still show our phones stuck in Seoul should see movement in a couple hours. It’ll get to SDF in time to make the Sunday night journey to the destination airport for Monday delivery.
Mine has said by the 6th since Thursday as well. It moved to Anchorage yesterday and is still there.
