Hi, I ordered the X with the Apple Upgrade program last week. My expected delivery was at the first week of December. I put the new on this morning and they're in front of the store (yesterday actually) talking about no line with in store orders. I go online, sure enough they have stock on a SG 256. I spent an hour trying to get Apple support. I finally figured out I had to cancel my existing order and place a new order for store pick up. It went through AFTER I got a confirmation that my original order was cancelled. This came with yet another credit pull! Thanks Cook! Two credit pulls in a week for a phone. You may want to just go to the store and see if they can perform a swap out. I will ask when I go at 1:00 today.Has any one been able to cancel an IUP preorder phone after CC was charged and then went and just picked up a phone?
