For those who have extended shipping times, check your local stores inventory. I found several in stock today at local stores. I guess the reports of production issues, were greatly exaggerated.

My phones (already shipped) finally changed to Nov 6th for delivery. One has been to several different places after landing at Anchorage and the other one has not been scanned since it arrived there yesterday.
I'm sure they will both get here on Monday though.

I think you are right. The other leg of the journey was not shown til a little while ago. I agree our phones (the majority of the Korean tour not leaving Korea yet) is likely on this. Why a few made the journey yesterday to Ontario California I do not understand. But having a leg to (SDF) Louisville Ky (the main UPS hub) does mean we will easily see our phones Monday as promised by UPS which has not changed even with the layover in Korea!
my phone is set for deliver on Monday and there is no availability anywhere near either. I'll just have to manage to wait a couple more days.

For all who still have to wait receiving your order and are still able or allowed to cancel it, you can purchase online in Apple store apps and choose store pick up. I just did this for my other line for today pick up. This is subject to the store supply availablity. Good luck!!
Update: Stocks are depleting very quick after my announcement in Apple stores in my area. Amazing
I was able to do the same thing here as well. I have a 10 am appointment to pick up my phone at the local Apple Store.

Looks like mine didn’t make the second flight out of Korea. Now been sitting there going on the second day! No way it will show up Monday now!

Yes. Some people had some release issues so just cancelled order and the got another phone.
Interesting enough I turned it off this morning. waking up it was too yellow, in the morning I wanted a more cooler color. I think it needs to do a better job adjusting the temp. I will probably turn it back on this evening. Maybe I should just stick with night shift which is basically doing the same thing

I’m sure UPS has lost my phone.... sitting TWO DAYS now in Korea with a promised Monday delivery day. No way it will make it now.
What makes me furious is my local Apple store has one but there’s no way to cancel this iUP phone and go pick it up
Now that UPS has lost my phone in Korea I imagine it’s goinf to be a very long time for UPS to admit they lost it, report to Apple and then get Apple to send me another one.
This crap didn’t happen when FedEx was used.
So... darn... mad I’m not getting the phone Monday!

Ha ha. Yes it is rough using my old 7plus while we wait LOL
My order on the Upgrade Program (256GB SB on AT&T) was moved up from first week December - went unexpectedly to "Preparing to Ship" and then shipped yesterday! But...Apple says shipped 11/3 but "Delivers 11/13" and "Shipment in Transit - Delayed." This is for a device I am upgrading on the iUP from an existing iPhone 7 Plus. They seem to have prioritized these upgrades, indeed.
On UPS.com the last update in the tracking info says 8:36am 11/3 waiting for clearance agency release (see attached screen shot)
Anyone have any idea what this means on the UPS site? It's hard to tell when it will actually show up, between the Apple info and the UPS info.
Ironically, I could've walked into the Apple store today to get it - who would've thought...too late now, though...

Let’s not jump to conclusions. My phone is sitting in Korea on the tracking too but I don’t think we should automatically assume we know more than UPS does in terms of delivery dates.
Still nothing?....mine bumped quite a bit over night. Looks like it went from Alaska, to Kentucky (cleared US customs there), Iowa, and now in Boise!

Sometimes scans are off and weird during shipping. Like mine for example. Once it was delivered a lot for updated. During the process a sticker was placed on my package and it covered some of the barcode, so I think a lot of the automated scans just didn't happen, causing me to not see much along the way.
It stressful to say the least. But I do agree with you that a lot can happen that doesn't show up and UPS is really good at this stuff. I would keep faith as long as the delivery dates continues to say what you are expecting.
