My phone is on the flight that supposedly left Korea yesterday at 8:15Am local time.

I did notice, looking at the UPS app, it no longer says “In transit: On Time”. It just says “In transit”

If (and it’s a big if) our phones were on 5X99 last night then ups did not scan them when they got to ANC. That flight continued on to SDF and is due to land there about 8:30EST.

I am extremely pessimistic about UPS’ ability to deliver this phone as promised on Monday
 
Mine was showing expected delivery of Monday (tomorrow) with some initial early tracking details of China/SK.

Now it simply says “Clearance in Progress” with all of the previous information wiped and no estimated delivery. Anyone know what is going on?

Mine is in a similar situation - but still says In Transit: On Time. I'll assume the plane made it ok and just the scans are a bit late, no need to stress

I woke up this morning expecting to have an update on my 11/17-24 order and guess what? Nothing!

I just hate having someone tell me one thing, then clearly it isn’t going to happen.

All the while I could just walk over to the Apple store and get one—- but I can’t because one the iUP phone ships you can’t take it back. You’re just screwed and have to wait for it.

Ticks me off beyond all belief at the incompetence of UPS that so many people’s phones got stuck in Korea for days and days without any movement—all the time UPS saying “on time.” Now that their blundering is clear all they’ve done is take the “on-time” off of the tracking..... no apology, no reparations, no nothing.

My wife’s phone showed up on time and went through Hong Kong. If it had gone through there I’m sure we would have had our phones tomorrow.... but some idiot in Korea screws up, keeping phones sitting there for almost three days and we all suffer for it

UPS99 is about to land in Louisville but my phone is only showing a departure scan from Korea.

I am betting since it was the same flight, they didn’t unload the whole plane in Anchorage just to scan the boxes and reload the same plane to leave just a couple hours later.

You keep saying there’s “no way” like you can see into the future. I’d bet money you’ll have your hands on the phone tomorrow.

The plane went from KR to Alaska, and it lands in Louisville in 5 minutes. I’m no expert, but why would they scan everything on the plane if it only stopped in Alaska for a refuel?

Again you’re somehow assuming you know more than UPS. How are you so sure it will be late?

It was more like 2 hours. I am guessing a refuel, plane check and crew swap. But yea, I guess they skipped the scanning of the packages.

This is ****ing ridiculous. I ordered within 1 minute of the site going live and haven't heard a damn thing. People have gotten theirs already by walking into stores and yet the 17-24 people are left high and dry

Did anyone who ordered from Apple.com and got the Nov 17-24 shipping date get any further info about their shipping?
I'm hoping this is not delayed as I will be travelling on Thanksgiving break from the 23rd... grrr.

I got charged for the full amount yesterday morning, but still no change in my status - still showing Nov 17-24. I was hoping I could get it tomorrow, but doesn't seem like it.

My phone went to four different states in the 12 hrs leading up to when it was supposed to be available for pickup at a cc. I didn’t see it move till 6 hours before pick up time. It was still here at pickup on 11/3.
