My lady friend's phone has been stuck in China for a couple of days now. Anybody else have this? That's what it shows in the Apple.com Orders section. I've never seen it say "delayed" like that. The delivery date has been pushed back a couple of times as well. I'm worried for her, since we leave for Thanksgiving on 11/17.....I always thought her phone would be bumped up.

In the same boat (or plane) with others that are just departing Alaska with an original date of 11/10 but now 11/14. I'll be VERY surprised if it gets here tmrw. Not sure why they didn't estimate it would come in on the following Monday instead of Tuesday being that its already stateside. But at this point, I don't even care anymore.
Just checked my order on my PC, mine says delayed as well on there

Turns out F5'ing the UPS page is not helping my phone leave ZhengZhou, China. It's been sitting there without any movement for over 24 hours now. Not the end of the world, but definitely different experience than previous product launches where once the credit card was charged, the shipment started moving very quickly.
Still ahead of original delivery estimate of 11/17-11/24, but curious that it's just sitting there.

Out of curiosity what is your estimated delivery date, I have same scan times in mine but no delivery date from ups, just says not available
I still had some hope I’d see my phone tomorrow- a glimmer of sunshine, and then it was dashed. I got out of Anchorage, and then they changed my date to Tuesday. It’s been Friday all week. I am so sad. And it’s not just getting bumped one day, but 5 Days! This sucks! I don’t want to be a whiner. I’ve been reading these posts all week and there is a lot of that going on. I ordered mine the night of the preorder. My order was in at 12:07 PST. I keep reading about people ordering their phones way later than me and getting them. Fine. I don’t know the rhyme or reason for how the orders are chosen. I’m trying to stay zen about this. I guess I’m just a bit sad tonight- I won’t get my phone tomorrow. Yeah, I know - 1st world problems.
Original delivery date from Apple when I placed the order was Nov 17 - Nov 24. UPS currently states 11/15, although when I first received the "your order has shipped" notice it said 11/14.
Mine now says the same thing. In 11/17-11/24 shipment group, and although it says "Shipment in transit - delayed" on the Apple.com site with a "Delivers November 20, 2017", UPS tracking says :

I ordered an iPhone X with 256GB Silver along with a case. My case had a delivery date of Nov 14-21. I just got notified that it was preparing for shipment. Now I see it has shipped already arriving tomorrow. So That means it was in the USA already the case that is. My iPhone X is scheduled for Nov 17-24 range. So wonder if my iPhone will ship earlier as well. Anyway not too much longer...
How long did you guys stay in the "Preparing to ship" stage? I ordered mine first night and had an initial estimate of 17-24 that got pushed back to 20-27 last evening about 2 hours before my card got charged and I saw it change to preparing to ship. Just wondering if I should hold out hope still for that original estimate. Good luck to everyone who has it on the way and/or still waiting.

I’m on the 2:53 departure flight out of ANC with a lot of the people on here. Delivery date still says 11/14. I’m not holding my breath it’ll be here tomorrow.
I found out that my apple case is coming from CA so that's why overnight shipping and preparing and shipping was so fast. I wonder if they already shipped other iPhones over here only to fulfill the online orders and not the store orders? Is that possible?
No - if you look on the online store, you'll see that there's still delays for the models (if there was stock in the US, there wouldn't be a delay).
Apple's still catching up to the demand for these.
This is me too. Several of us in that 11/17-24 group are now slated to get our phones next Wednesday. Still have that "stuck at facility" message in UPS's notes though.

i cancelled my order bc i became antsy and my status did not budge since the night of preorders. i've now taken it upon myself to find a phone locally. will be a busy day/weekend. wish me luck

No new stock in Philadelphia area today. That means nothing over the weekend either. Next hope day - Monday!
Was delivering today 11/10 but rescheduled for 11/14. I was an original 5-12 Dec group IUP. Now it’s back to today! Came into Louisville from ANC this morning and now in my home town. Excited!
I got rescheduled to 11/14 as well. Just checked UPS again and it’s back to 11/10!
