apple did not allow me to cancel my order when i saw the availability at 8am this morning so i had to call them and cancel manually. now that it's cancelled, i have a clean slate. i have added it to my bag and will check stock obsessively like i've been checking this chat obsessively
Yup. Apple's website estimated deliver is 11/15 for me. But ups website is still showing it is unavailable and is "awaiting clearance agency review"

I would've recommended keeping the current order just in case and then adding a 2nd line to your account (for ordering), and then cancelling it once you get the phone (only $20 for a month). Anyway what is done is done. I recommend checking the Apple store app like crazy every morning starting at 5am on the hour. 6am seems to be the sweetspot.

My devilry date was bumped while it was being thrown around Asia and spending a couple days in Korea BUT it ended up getting here on the delivery date quoted when it shipped. It made up a lot of time once it got to Alaska. It only stays in Memphis for a few hours and then hoped on a plane to my city. Here is my final pathway. Hopefully this makes you guys feel better.
Also, I'm really liking it so far. Face ID is quickly becoming one of those things that you won't be able to live without.
My phone was right with yours with 11/7 7:52p at Incheon. My next update was 11/10 1:19a departing Incheon. Now I have 11/9 2:38p awaiting clearance.
I suspected based on the timestamp of 13 hours "back in time" from Incheon that my UPS track log is incorrect and that my phone is at clearance in Louisville. Seeing your phone is in Louisville makes me think mine is too.

haha, i sorta kinda maybe learned my lesson here... which is FORGET waking up at 3am to order. be patient (mission impossible for me), and reserve my 10 plus for in store pickup. i'm a genius!
Depending on when they release the new phone next year, I may not have the option. I’m on IUP which means if it comes out in September I should theoretically have to wait a couple months for the new hotness.
That said I wonder if they’ll allow the IUP people to upgrade on day 1 anyway since this year was an outlier in terms of release dates. ♀️
you just have to make 12 payments to qualify for a new phone.... so, theoretically, if apple releases a new phone this december, you just have to make 12 payments at 1 time to now qualify to upgrade to the new phone. this is why i signed up for the iphone upgrade program this year - because i prefer a larger phone and wanted the x in the interim. when the 10 plus is announced, i will be getting that thing immediately. thanks iup!
Looks like a similar situation with my phone. Fingers crossed it comes tomorrow on the originally promised delivery estimate instead of the push back date (11/14).

I have the same flight as you. I received an email saying it was coming tomorrow, but about an hour ago they removed the date and are now not giving me any time. I can’t stop watching. The emotional rollercoaster is real.
My phone has been in clearance agency purgatory for almost 36 hours now. Wth...

That was a speculation. Anyone who ordered during the first month might get a month early upgrade to allow launch day next year if it is in Sept.
I’m in Pacific Northwest. It seems crazy for it to fly to Louisville and then all the way back out here. This is my first preorder experience - not sure I’ll do it again. It’s been too distracting.

Very distracting. Low productivity week. I hope it comes tomorrow. No need to ruin the weekend and the beginning of next week.
My own mistake for falling asleep at 11 right before pre orders started.
And they don't update daily with new stock! At least they haven't so far. Today was the first day this week that any of the stores in Philly had any new stock. That means Monday Tuesday and Wednesday mornings there was no stock - at least in the Philadelphia area. So this likely isn't something that's going to happen daily, gang.
Just want to set your expectations at the "right height".
And "getting rid of that second line" isn't as easy as the other poster made it seem. I tried that two years ago and it was a real M.F-er to get rid of that second line once I added it.
