Did anyone’s phone get shipped out over the weekend? I called my credit card company to notify them so they don’t decline it, but they said they can only set it for two days at a time, so as of right now it’s in affect till Monday and if it doe

I don’t live close to a store so ordering it is my best option. I wish I could just walk in and pick one up - haven’t seen them have much stock lately though

Apple has been stocking all its retail stores with every model as well as every Target and Best Buy for the holiday weekend. That must be where the stock went ;).
 
Mine has been sitting for 3 days in ZhengZhou, China with the same message and no movement . . the message is
"The package is awaiting clearing agency review. / The package is at the clearing agency awaiting final release"
Suppose to be delivered by Nov 29th.

I miss the high already of getting a new toy. That having been said, I feel like getting an Apple Watch 3..... do I always have to keep bluetooth on? I don’t have a need for one but wanted something new to play with ...... my iPhone X is so last week.... haha
 
I had a preorder - Not sure on the date. It was said to be delivered on 11/24 but its been sitting in China since 11/20. With the Black Friday deals I decided to just go to an apple store and buy it outright (instead of the IUP). I dont know why UPS is delaying it. Apple's website says 11/24 delivery date as well.

So I tried to cancel my order with Verizon today so we could go to Apple and purchase an X. Was informed by Verizon that they had to submit a ticket to cancel it and would take 5-10 days......

Anyone experienced this?

There was a Black Friday deal on iPhone X? That was limited to iPhone 7 and below.
[doublepost=1511672138][/doublepost]Anyway I reserved an iPhone X for store pickup. Didn’t get a chance to go today but apparently Apple gives you 21 days to pick it up so it’ll be easier knowing they have it reserved for me than to keep checking back every day to see my shipping estimate.

Not with Verizon, but with Apple. I ordered through iUP and tried to cancel my order so I could pick one up at an Apple Store, but was informed I had to call a rep. I didn’t call, but I assume it could take the same amount of time to cancel as well.

After spending about 33 hours in Alaska, I think my phone is on its way to Louisville, KY on UPS2997 and arriving at 4:19 am est. It’s getting closer and closer! Can’t wait to have it in my hands!

Anyone else seeing “order status” not available on the apple store app and online? Wondering if that’s a sign they’re working on getting the orders out..LOL

Uhhhh I cancelled my order and everything was put through in 24 hours. Apple sent a message to att to “release” the phone number I used to order my X but this was all done so fast.

I called apple on a Friday at 3pm and that Sunday morning, I went and picked up my phone in person.

Added Info: I ordered the phone on the Day preorders started, at like 320am. I waited 14 days then cancelled the order. I joined the IUP this round and placed my order on the Apple site obviously.

Any update?
 
I was so positive when mine said "Forwarded to UPS store in destination city on Nov. 24th @ 1:41 am" Then saw other people's screen shots that said this and above it said, Left ZhengZhou and such and such date. Since I do not have this, and nothing has been updated since the 24th I am assuming it is still in ZhengZhou.

Ok LOL I get it. But I have hit tracking so many times that my head is spinning. I am just excited and then I saw that it might not have left ZhengZhou. Can't wait till I see that update :D

I have never purchased a phone through Apple before. I was also surprised that Verizon knows I am getting one. (photo edited to remove all personal information)

Haha, to be honest I didn’t even see your post when I replied to that, just tired of seeing the status as in progress, LOL!

I think Verizon knows because when you put your carrier info in there they’ve received it on their end.
 
Mine is finally in Louisville! I’m not too far from there so hopefully it comes tomorrow rather than Tuesday!

So, after staying up late on Oct. 27th to place an order for a T-Mobile SG 256, and getting an 11/17-11/24 delivery window, I waited and waited.....Package stayed in China for 8 days after shipping notification and CC charge, then in Korea for another three days, and I finally got a notice today from UPS that it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. WOW, IT ONLY TOOK 13 DAYS! Worldwide Expedited Service my %@#$.
I’m sending this baby right back, since I snagged one from my local Apple Store on Friday.
According to UPS, Apple delayed our shipments so that they could ship out and fill the Retail Stores for the Black Friday sales.
BAD APPLE!
Now that Black Friday is behind us things should free up again, but Apple has lost a lot of people’s trust in them as a business that treats paying customers with respect!
 
Got import scan in Louisville, KY at 10:48 am est and delivery date has been updated with an actual date instead of “delivery information unavailable”.C1324A7C-220D-4A53-B5FF-6AA4F4DB04A9.png
