Ordered within 15 minutes of release. Arrived 11/17/2017. iPhone X 256 SG. Almost been a week and my major complaint is cell signal strength seems weaker. Everything else is snappy!

Destination city is the closest metro area to your address where your iPhone X is loaded onto the local Brown truck to be delivered to you at the address listed on your order or select other UPS locations if you chose to redirect your order. You can have it held at the local Customer Center or delivered to a UPS Store for example.
It will be all air travel until Louisville KY but depending on what part of West Ohio you are in, it might be shipped via tractor trailer from Louisville to your local UPS Customer Center and then loaded on to the Brown Panel truck.

What carrier did you get? I'm planning to the Verizon model since the Qualcomm modem is still better than the Intel once sim-free is available
Delivery date on Apple now is like from Dec 8 - Dec 15
I noticed Apple took down the store I wonder if they will have any Black Friday deals

Apple website tells me it’s going to be delivered today, don’t think it’s gonna happen, getting frustrated
Hoping to see some movement in my order today.. preparing to ship would be ideal, but actually shipping would be even better. The standard ship date is Dec 8-15th and mine got changed to Dec 7-14th from Dec. 12-19th, so hoping it ships out sooner.
My local apple store has the model I ordered on stock for pickup today. Should I cancel my order and pick up? About 1.5 hours away from nearest apple store. Already ordered through iUP.
Cancelling IUP is pretty hard. At the Store they’ll consider it a 2nd phone purchase on a new number. You’ll have to untangle that mess later. But you’ll have a new phone today. Just put your current SIM card into your new X.. before you turn it on. May even save you an activation fee.
Hey our phones are in the same batch! I called apple and UPS this morning. UPS said since its international they have no idea where the package is and to call apple. Apple said they dont know where it is and will do an investigation which will take up to 4 days. If they cant find it they will send a new one. So It could be another two weeks before I get my phone. Obviously wont be ordering from apple again.
I’m hoping that ups website just glitched and didn’t post any updates and it’s actually being delivered today, it wouldn’t be the first time when I’ve tracked a package that appeared to be stuck somewhere but as soon as it got delivered all the places it went through showed up all at once.
As I suspected, Apple put unsold IPhones on the airplanes out of Asia ahead of those of us who ordered during the first few hours on 10/27.
My IPhone has been stuck in UPS Hell for ten days now, and it had an Apple Shipping window of between 11/17-11/24. Apple still says it will be delivered today, but UPS tracking shoepws it’s still in Incheon, Korea, where it has sat for Almost 3 days now, after having sat in China for almost 8 days.
While chatting with UPS this AM, the rep said the iPhone would definitely not be delivered today, and blamed Apple....see some of this chat below.
Meanwhile, as I was chatting with him, I went onto Apple Store and was able to snag one exactly the same, which I can pick up at my local store 10 mins away at 10 AM.
So, I was right all along, Apple had my $$$$ already, so I became a secondary consideration.
Yes, I will have to send the original iPhone back for a refund, but at least I get the iPhone today.

Well by the time I went back to try to order, they were sold out at my local Apple store. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still have a 12/8-12/15 delivery date. Order is still in progress, so I’m hoping for some sort of movement soon.

If you can, try to do what I did and snag one from the Apple Store today, and send back the one that got delayed because Apple is greedy!
James, in the screenshot of the chat, you mentioned that Apple broke it's promise of a delivery window. Can you please point out where and when Apple ever make that promise. Their site specifies an EXPECTED delivery window or an EXPECTED shipping window. Since when does expected mean promise? I understand and empathize with you, but grilling the poor UPS rep about Apple breaking a promise to you - c'mon man!

You gotta be so quick when that opportunity presents itself bud. Can't be wasting time asking strangers on a forum for their opinions. My advice to you is to wake up early tomorrow just before 6am and try again. Just be persistent and quick and you should definitely be able to snag one this weekend.
Looks like our phones arrived in Incheon at the same time on 11/23 7:38 P.M. My phone shows to have left Incheon on 11/24 at 11:07 P.M., on its way to Anchorage, AK. If yours left at the same time, it’s a possibility you could get it today, like KdParker said. Now if today is the last day Apple quoted you on delivery and ups misses that deadline, you could get it on Saturday. I’ve read posts where this has happened, as everyone knows ups doesn’t deliver on Saturdays but if they miss a deadline, they sure will be delivering on a Saturday!
And I certainly didn’t “Grill the Poor UPS rep,” in fact he and I had great fun chatting about this ridiculousness this morning. I only clipped a small part of the chat...

You obviously didn’t read my comment, because I did snag one this AM while I was chatting with the UPS rep who told me the shipment wouldn’t arrive until next Monday or Tuesday.....wayyyy tooooo long shipping!It clearly states Delivers on November 24th!——

I give up, I don't think mine is shipping early. Probably won't ship until Dec 8 and arrive on Dec 15.
