Apple store didnt allow me to order till 5.03 am, got confirmation email on 5.04am with delivery date of 10/30-11/04
No charge on my card yet.

Definitely this, UPS will hold them till Friday. It's been known that they can and this year is no different than last year. Sure you could get import scan on Tuesday but it won't move till Thursday night.

If not for this forum, and this gathering, I wouldn’t have learned something so cool about Victoria, Australia! I had no idea what “Grand Final Weekend” (this year, named “Thank You Day”) was. I looked it up, and also learned about the Melbourne Cup day. They have two holidays a year related to sports. That’s so freaking cool!!

It won't be different of course. Apple strictly puts a hold packages until Friday. So like last year and the year before that and so forth.

No. When I went to checkout it randomly had that old ny address and I reflexively hit accept before I realized it. Called Apple right after and they said they would change it. And I’ve called twice since then

We don’t know anything. We only can assume. I think we will get them Wednesday, at least most of us, but there is a possibility we won’t.

I’m so jealous of those that got a 10/23 date. I started out with that until I had system errors that delayed checkout and it dropped to 11/3. What is bothersome is that two days later if you order the same phone/color/size, the delivery date is only 6 days later than mine at 11/9.

Has anyone that got an 11/3 date seen any movement beyond processing?

I would call UPS and have it changed into the internal system Right away. They will change it. Make sure to select international shipment.

So, I’m with Verizon and this was my first time pre-ordering from Apple. It seems like the consensus here is to use the SIM that the phone comes with? I assume I would need to contact Verizon to activate the SIM before going through my normal set-up process? I paid full-price, if that helps.

I’m going to try just taking my current 11Pro VRZ SIM out and putting it in the 12Pro to save the phone call on launch day. Also I think I read on this thread that VRZ charges an activation fee for calling in.
