I remember ZZ scans always get delayed in years past
Ive been ZZ two of the last 3 years and both arrived on time. They seemed an hour or two later on their departure scans to Anchorage, but still made it to destination same day

Customs is not in Alaska. UPS customs is in Louisville
How can it be in KY? KY is the main hu(b). Almost 100% sure customs is in Alaska

Actually, UPS can clear customs at either airport. Depends on volume, time, etc.

Anchorage is one of the world’s few airports where foreign cargo can be transferred between aircraft without being subject to customs and other trade requirements.

Mine came from ZZ last year. I remember a lot of scans were missing and showed up a day after the scan time. Still got it on time.

Ive called apple twice to change the shipping address to the correct one, and when I find the shipment on UPS it still says its going to NY (old address)

If this phone gets delivered to my old address im screwed. Dont even know who lives there. Its been 4 years. Someone will get a free IP12

Are you able to request a address change and pay the extra fee to have it delivered to your current address?

European orders are handled differently. I believe they are shipped to a central EU warehouse before shipping to individual countries making tracking different.
Yep, and it's rarely UPS, at least not to Switzerland. We usually get DHL or the occasional TNT.

Just received this MagSafe! When I unwrapped it the MagSafe was very hot LOL not sure why, maybe it was the Las Vegas heat. However, I’m very glad this arrived early! Especially on a Sunday. Anything is possible this year guys.

My UPS account is showing an exception now. Waiting for a charter plane. Last year I think my phone flew on Kalita air.

The planes stop in Alaska for fuel AND customs. They can take more cargo by stopping halfway for more fuel.
That used to irritate me so much when I lived in Alaska: my phone basically did a touch and go ten miles from my house before flying to the lower 48 where it sat for a couple days before turning around and coming BACK to Alaska.
It's like that joke where you have one loaded up log truck passing another loaded up log truck heading in the opposite direction, and you have to think one phone call could have saved both drivers a trip.
