Maybe not otterbox level, but I've used leather cases in the past. And they have saved my phone when it almost landed on their face on a parking lot (with just enough lip).
Did you get tracking updates? Mine shows for delivery today but no tracking other than label created.
Shouldn't the flight show up on flightaware? Is it going from zhengzou straight to anchorage? I thought it usually goes to korea or japan or another area in china then to alaska.
I have that exact case in that same color arriving tomorrow. I'm waiting to order an Apple leather case and duo charger.
I always am nervous about naked iPhones, so usually get a 3rd party case from Amazon. That way I can pop the phone into the case directly from the shipping box.
And, yes, I realize that it's absolutely ridiculous to obsess over the color, when it's going to be mostly hidden by the case anyway. But then I *know* there's a gorgeous color underneath.
And this year that hidden color will be Pacific Blue.
It might not until it takes off. Not all the flights have a pre scheduled flight plan.

Any recommendations for a decent car mount for the iPhone? The one I have now (bought from a gas station in Yosemite) keeps slipping out of the vent. Luckily my iPhone 7 is a horse and it hasn't affected it that much. But I want a better quality one for the 12 pro.

yes. but same issue like yours with my clear case. just created. both were shipped at same day. called fedex they told me they never got package from apple. called apple they told me that it was lost or stolen. opened case for investigation and will issue me a refund
Ordered a 256GB iPhone 12 Pro in graphite and it's in Elizabeth, NJ already. This morning it said delivery of 10/23, but that's when it was in West Chester, PA. I live in NYC and something seems fishy this year. All other years I received a confirmation of shipment either the Tuesday or Wednesday before the Friday delivery. This is VERY early compared to most. Either way if it's delivered next Friday I'm happy, but this is WAY earlier than normal.
My label for my case was created yesterday, but UPS hasn’t received it either. Should I give Apple a call?
Just got tracking information using track by reference but for some reason can only see last 4 digits of tracking number and it says in transit scheduled delivery for Wednesday 10-21
my label for case was created on 16th with fedex. never shipped since then.
Do you think that's why I can't find anything on the UPS website ? I can't remember if my last phone was one or the other..

From China , same weight as a phone.. fingers crossed it slips through the cracks for a early delivery
West Chester is UPS' air hub in Philadelphia. Elizabeth may be a truck distribution center. The delivery gets real when it gets to your local Customer Center (depot).

How can it be in KY? KY is the main hub. Almost 100% sure customs is in Alaska

Why oh why didn't I convince myself to order at launch? Then I wouldn't be waiting on Nov 9-16 delivery.
But I was sure that there wouldn't be a SIM Free option at launch. So put it out of mind until Friday after work. Then had to decide on whether to do trade in or not.

Mine too. We three (at least) are together. Waiting for the others to catch up. I think they are holding the plane for them 😁
