Other Apple.com iPhone 12/Pro/Max/Mini Pre-Order/Order Status/Delivery Thread (2020) [Merged]

Curious as to what time they’ll open up preorders this year. Guess we will find out in a week
 
I’m currently on IUP, but I was with Verizon when I signed up last year. Now I’m with T-Mobile using the same phone, anyone knows if I can go through IUP on apple.com with T-Mobile? A few years back T-Mobile users have to visit apple stores to get their IUP setup, has this been changed?

Nah, I think september will stay as a month for the new iPhone. There’s a reason why Apple changed it from June to September. This year is different because of COVI—19. Also, October and November is usually iPad/Mac’s month. Also, iPhone X was released back in November yet Apple managed to stay with September schedule time frame. 🤷‍♀️

You bringing back my PTSD from that crazy late night/ early morning camping out in the cold in New York City for the iPhone X back in November 2017 LOL. The line that went on for a few blocks around the Apple Store, but I ended up bonding with the people in line in front and behind me. Craziest/ funniest experience I had for a iPhone launch. Second one was standing in line for like 14 hours for the iPhone 4 in VA lol.

Hi I'm new here and excited about the 12 Pro. I had quick question about preorders through Apple's site. When you upgrade using Verizon, do I put my phone number in or the account owners phone number? Thanks

I'm almost sure last year I had to put my wife's CTN to upgrade hers. I think there was a part where it asked for account info like SSN/PIN, and that had to be mine.

I don't want to be hitting Alt+Tab and keep switching the screen at work. Might as well take the day off and enjoy the event. It won't hurt.

I will be working during the event and will watch afterward. I haven't felt the need to take a day since Jobs passed.
