I got the notification that it's ready for pickup, except my scheduled time is on Saturday. Might take a shot of picking it up early tomorrow morning because I live 5 minutes from the Apple Store!

Jealous!! Although may be a good thing cause if I lived 5 mins away from the apple store I’d be broke

For those with a 12:24am AK departure scan, do you happen to live in the general area of the UPS hub in Louisville to where the rest of the travel would probably be via ground later tonight into other states? Or do you all expect more flights? Just wondering if they’re waiting ‘til later to deal with ones that are closer and traveling by ground vs. all these that are flying out.

I’m in Southern California and mine is a 12:24am AK. I’m not worried at all though it’ll be here tomorrow

When was this changed? In years past, if you showed up early, they would make you go in a “holding“ line, which was basically the last group of people to be selected. Otherwise, time slots were in a different line.
At my store, this is what they told me will happen tomorrow: one line for scheduled pickups, another for scheduled service appointments and then a "walk up" line, For the scheduled lines, they'll check you in during your time and take care of you. If you're there outside your time or don't have an appointment, you go to the walk up/"holding" line and wait until they have any availability outside of the scheduled customers.

I've chosen to pick up my 12 Pro from my local Apple Store tomorrow. Although, my name isn't the authorized pick up name but the email and phone number are mine. I'm an account manager on the Verizon account associated with the pick up. Apple says, "authorized users on the wireless account may pick up the device." Is a Verizon account manager the same as Apple's definition of an authorized user? Can't seem to get a definitive answer from Apple or Verizon.

Lmao im all mad I dont have a arrival scan yet only to check and realize my plan is not only on time but early, but is just still taxing to the parking spot lmao.

So mine doesn't have any option to redirect.

I'd like to redirect it to a UPS customer center. Is that not possible?

It's currently in Kentucky. Final destination is Baltimore area. Don't want to wait until 9PM.

Both pickups are ready! Was nervous when the 10:15am came through as ready but not the 9am that they weren't expecting to get them locally until tomorrow morning and were delaying the early pickups. Someone on here suggested they were probably just being scanned in one by one was right on!
