You're assuming that even if restrictions are lifted, people will go out and do stuff voluntarily. A lot of people in my age bracket have those pesky "underlying conditions" or they have elderly relatives that they need to care for, and they are not budging one bit on taking a chance. Businesses here are allowed to be open to the public with restrictions requiring masks and distancing, and those that rely on in person visits don't even have enough business that they have to turn anyone away.
I continue to spend money to try and help local businesses but only if they have no contact ways to do so. I note that many businesses that do have their no-contact options swamped, so that is definitely what people want. If they want our money, they need to adjust their business model.
Next stop for me is the Aurora CC, picking up in the morning.
I did an will call, how will I know if its actually went through? Its showed it earlier but its doesn't show anything currently at the moment. I'd rather pickup tomorrow morning until waiting for it to come tomorrow night. haha
I deactivated my Facebook account for personal reasons so I can’t post it in the Marketplace. I’m sure I could get more than $500 for it.
Its shows $673 for an iPhone 11 Pro Max 512Gb. I find that sorta low. Would I get more selling it locally?
So far just the tax... and it would have been the downpayment but I screwed up and didn't put one down. I don't even think Verizon even knows I upgraded yet. I figure my first payment will be due once the phone is activated and on my next bill.
Called UPS just now. They said since its finally in the US they are able to actually reroute it to my real house in Louisville. They said it could delay the delivery until monday, which I find very ironic since its coming through here anyway lol.
It should be set if they said they changed it for you, mine had the same issue I chatted in and had them confirm it they explained it is set but won't actually update until its scanned and updated at the destination. So we should be fine.
Mine was initially nov 3-10 and it’s coming tomorrow!! We are lucky!!
I’m participating in the iPhone Upgrade Program and I just got charged my first monthly payment for my iPhone 12 Pro! I was charged the tax earlier this week.
They also just sent me an email that said I will have 28 days to send my XS Max in, which is perfect timing with the 12 Pro Max preorders on 11/6.
I hope so! What shipping method did you select? Express or Standard? I paid the $8 for Express and I have the same window. Even though express shipping is 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. So our phones would have to ship out by tomorrow to clear by the 10th business day (at the latest). I'm hoping with all I've got it arrives by the 29th. Good luck to you!
Bummer.... I first thought about selling my iPhone 11 Pro on eBay but I then remembered how expensive eBay and Paypal fees have become. That's when I decided to sell on FB Marketplace. It's free and they're usually pretty fast transactions. I sold mine in less than 24 hours after posting the listing. $750 was a lot better than Apple's measly $450 offer which was almost insulting to me.......

Yes!!! Exactly. I’ve noticed that as well. It sat 2 miles from my house for what seemed like 45 minutes a few weeks ago when I was waiting for a delivery and then headed away to return 3-4 hours later. I just assumed it was lunch break time for the driver... which is totally reasonable. Everyone needs to eat.
I just sold my iPhone 11 Pro 256GB on FaceBook Marketplace for $750. It sold in less than 24 hours.....
I feel like giving too much location information out about a truck full of merchandise is a security threat.
