Do you have experience with it? Does it normally get packed?

Ive been doing it since 2014, and it’s never been packed. Ive only seen maybe 19 people waiting when the doors opened. I’m in and out fairly quickly. I waited about 30 minutes for the X, but that’s only because the rep had to look for a little while because the phones weren’t in their usual place.

The Haslet CC opens from 8:30 am to noon, the reopens from 4:30 pm to 8pm

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro PB 256, got the order in at 8:11 ET after app problems, and had a delivery estimate of Nov 3-6. Just checked order, and it just moved to “Preparing to Ship.” Wasn’t expecting that yet...

For anyone waiting for the 12 Pro Max to sell off an old phone....lock a trade in now early. I did Decluttr as well after shopping around. I locked $660 for 30 days for my 11 Pro 64GB about a week before pre-order opened. The quotes I'm finding out there now are in the $400s.

Bummer.... I first thought about selling my iPhone 11 Pro on eBay but I then remembered how expensive eBay and Paypal fees have become. That's when I decided to sell on FB Marketplace. It's free and they're usually pretty fast transactions. I sold mine in less than 24 hours after posting the listing. $750 was a lot better than Apple's measly $450 offer which was almost insulting to me.......

I honestly just may go ahead and take the declutter offer since they’re also giving me 28 days to send my device in.

Its shows $673 for an iPhone 11 Pro Max 512Gb. I find that sorta low. Would I get more selling it locally?

Dang it. my Blue Pro order was placed literally 5 minutes after the preorders started and mine just says “in progress” with an estimated delivery of 10/26-11/2! This makes no sense!

My Silver Pro order was placed at around 1:40pm PT and I have a delivery of Oct 28-30 and finally preparing for shipping.

How long between when you were charged and when you were able to figure out you're on for delivery? I am on a 10/30 delivery but was charged about 6-7 hours ago

I was charged 6 hours after ordering back on launch day, with a Oct 26th-30th delivery estimate, and was preparing for shipment until yesterday afternoon, when it changed to shipped.

I am sorry I hope they get you taken care of. I would call Apple though and explain at this point that the phone was sent to the wrong location, and call or chat to UPS as well to try and let them know directly that it needs to go back to Apple likely, idk if UPS would be able to redirect it to you or not.

I hope they won’t let the wrong person have it. Supposedly you have to tell UPS the name on the package. Good luck. Let us know what happens.
