Apple’s standard Return policy allows for a 14 day grace period. Just make sure you hold on to the old phone. See below from the IUP terms and conditions. Once that old phone is given back, you can’t get it back either. Of course, don’t hold onto the old phone so Long that they also assume you are keeping the old one, too. Tricky balance.

“Return of New, Upgraded iPhone After Exercising Upgrade Option. Should you exercise the Upgrade Option and subsequently return your new, upgraded iPhone under the terms of Apple’s Returns and Refunds Policy, the Financed iPhone that you traded in will not be returned to you and the New Installment Loan associated with your new, upgraded iPhone will be terminated.”

Got an arrival scan at Maryland 20 minutes ago. I'm in Northern VA that's pretty far for a delivery truck to come to me, might move to a different UPS office tonight for delivery but looks like I'm set for tomorrow. Now to be jealous of everyone else that got their phones until mine comes... usually at like 3 pm for my place

Just updated with a lot more details for the past scans and it looks like it’s finally getting closer. I hope that time slot is accurate as last time UPS delivered, it was showing until noon and the actual delivery was at around 6 pm!

That's awesome. It's getting very chilly down here in vegas. We have some hardcore Knights fan. Don't forget to check out the raiders stadium. It is up and running.

My phone that I set to CC pickup still isnt showing. On my app it says its coming to my house and I got just got an email from ups saying I have a package coming to my house tomorrow. Yet on the desktop version it shows it going to CC (pending)

Not sure whats going on

I would recommend showing up a few minutes BEFORE your appointment, because there will be a lot of other people with the same appointment time as you. I did go in the afternoon though, so with every appointment block, they added to the backlog, so 9AM might not be as big of a deal.

I waited two hours with an appointment one year to pick up my phone, so that was the last time I did that! I think with Covid out there they are going to be very efficient with the pick ups though.
 
I enjoyed chit-chatting with you all this week. Be sure to get plenty of rest as we have tons of playing around to do with our shiny new devices!!

I’m still at an import scan in Louisville, but I trust both Apple & UPS to make tomorrow’s promised delivery *fingers crossed*

Whoever said the 18w charger will be fine for magsafe it is not according to this article someone linked on reddit. I'm glad I picked up the 20w charger when I did.

I went through this last year. I ordered the Max and decided it was too big. I watched the Apple Store inventory for the phone I wanted, and when I found it, I placed an online order to pick up at that store. When I went to pick it up, I took the Max to return. The IUP worked perfectly. It created a new loan for the new phone and cancelled the original loan from the return. I also took my old phone and they took it at the store. I expected all kinds of things to go wrong but they didn’t.

I may be doing this if I decided I want the max. But I just think its too big for me this year.
