Looks like my iPad Air is coming from a overnight flight from UPS. It just had a origin scan.

After a 9+ hour truck trip, mine has finally reached Greensboro. Now it’s just like any other ground-based package I just have to wait for to get to the local CC hub early morning.

I don’t really know, but my guess is that UPS has some technical issues with date restricted deliveries. There system is designed to move parcels as quickly as possible, so having things to hold and adjusting for those use cases probably isn’t At the top of the list for investments in technology.

Mine arrived 7:19PM EST in Miami Intl. The problem is that I don't know what time the UPS driver is coming, is completely random. I wish UPS had a tracking like Amazon, so I could know a little before when it's about to arrive.

Once it is on the truck the UPS app showed me where it was. It gave me a 4 hour window, 11:30-3:30 and it got here around 2:45.

Within that period it was within a block of me several times but they have to follow a certain route (right turns only etc.) so it being near you doesn't mean it'll be delivered right now.

She’s gonna be getting a smaller phone than she has now. Anyone know how the process is if she doesn’t like it and needs the Max? Return? How does it work with IUP?

Hahaha! Well from Bedford Park, it’ll take me 19mins to get home...lol. With traffic, u’re looking at 40mins to an hour depending on traffic...lol

I hope you don't end up having to learn all the ways that can go wrong. Different people have different levels of tolerance for risk and hassle, and there are plenty of people who would happily take less money for less risk and hassle.

I agree. Too risky for my taste as well. I am giving my 11 Pro to my sister who has an 8. Win win.
also UPS status updated as hold for pickup. Hell yeah. Mine opens at 2PM though. Any tips?

Same boat, departed 3:30pm to Omaha, my hold request appeared in my tracking history though so thats good. Hopefully it gets here and is ready in the morning.

Flight is scheduled in 5 hours!!! My iPhone will land in Vegas today.

Does anyone know if they make deliveries before 9.am. I'll be getting ready for work and they usually come around 1:00pm. I work from home! But have to look good for zoom meetings. I have porch cameras and will leave a not saying ring door bell over and over. Gotta take a quick shower.
