I was hoping for it to ship overnight but mine still hasn’t shipped. Fingers crossed. I truly hope you get yours by today/weekend*
Did you pay for Express delivery!? 🤔 maybe that will be what determines the shipper being UPS/FedEx.

Woke up to find out my package is at its destination. Ill be picking mine up at the UPS CC. Just waiting for the ready for pick up scan.
Yeah, some of us in southeast PA/Philly area are definitely not getting our phones today. My earlier tracking updated now and the phones aren't even in PA yet, they just left Maryland. This is first and last time I preorder for shipping delivery - every other iPhone launch I either did walk-in or picked up at the store but this year, Apple Store pickup wasn't available in my area. Oh well....
I guess I was of little faith - despite being stuck on 12:24am Anchorage scan until almost midnight, I first got the import scan, and then this morning took a flight to Newark. Just got a destination scan!
Mall is locked in Burlington (Canada). My guess is no early morning lineups

It really is a white knuckle ride. I think there is a reason Apple doesn’t tell you the thing has shipped until all of that drama is over! 😂
just looked again. Yes, mine arrived at my local NJ facility.
I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy being stuck in Newark! 😆
I think there is still a chance. There are a lot of hours left in the day still and it’s not like your talking about 1,000 miles to go.
I was thinking about that for the local mall that has the Apple Store that I am picking my device up from. I think mall has been opening later ever since COVID and my appt is at 8am, which is when the Apple Store technically opens. I might just show up around 7:45 and hope they let us into the mall at least, as the Apple Store isn’t near any entrance so it is quite a walk to get there.
Great news! I hope that means my phone made it too--I'm in Silver Spring, so my hub would also be Laurel. Though my scan out of Louisville was a bit later than yours. Still no updates on my tracking.

I only had one option in Canada. Looks like it might be a Monday delivery. Still needs to cross the border and clear customs. Also what’s up with the special handling of “weekday delivery”
So something to consider. I don’t know if it’ll work, maybe someone could shed some light. I changed my delivery to pick up from my local CC, and I got my email this morning that it’s ready for pickup. If I go into the package in ups my choice it does still allow me to pick up my package at a different ups store if I like. I did go through the motions (did not click submit though) and it allowed me to enter in a new address to locate local ups stores. For example I live in southern Wisconsin and I put in a Milwaukee address. It showed me all of my options for there and I could select a ups store downtown and have my package routed there. So you could try this route.
I don’t know if this will work several states away, but it could be worth a shot. Worst case scenario they send the phone back to the sender which they’re going to do anyway since you can’t go drive to get it.
