Curious if your iPhone ever left Maspeth - my typical CC is Long Island City, and I requested it to be held there, but according to my tracking it looks like my phone is being held in Maspeth.
Time travel is real and UPS has it. It arrived at my local hub 6 minutes before it left Louisville. (It’s time zones haha)
When I did in store pickup at my local mall, there was a line outside but security let us in at around 7am to line up at the store. But that was years ago, pre COVID.
I guess I am skeptical because of the logistics, the delivery trucks have already gone out on their routes. The local UPS destination facility is West Chester, PA which is where I assume the trailer that left Mt. Laurel, MD is headed. It's not too far, only about a two hour drive but the delivery trucks go out by 5am and they don't go back and pick up more packages mid-day. I'm sure Apple is a high priority customer for UPS but I don't see this happening today. I think Saturday delivery is possible so we'll see.

Seems that there were odd technical issues all around this year. Delays in shipping. “Mechanical failure caused a delay” note in ups on 22nd in china.
Had the same note on mine, were you on the 11:57pm arrival into ZZ ?
Ive had a very interesting early morning but I presume it should be ready when they open in ~1 hour.
Anyone have experience with the UPS CC in Manhattan? I changed my delivery to the lockers there because I thought it would be faster. But it looks like my phone is currently on a truck out for delivery, so I guess it wasn’t on my original delivery track.
If you’re in the group still waiting for a phone, I was just looking in the app and many configurations are available for store pick up beginning tomorrow (I’m assuming they blocked today due to preorder traffic). Obviously just one data point and maybe my store has more inventory than others but if you want a phone this weekend you may still have a good chance doing store pickup when you order through the app or online!
Yea. If you setup the hold pretty early in its travel it should get scanned for hold when they go through the main truck and separate out to the delivery trucks.
My scans look like that too. The way they’re handling CC pickups this year seems different.
Has this happened for anyone else? The MyChoice summary page says out for delivery, but the tracking only says Destination Scan? 😰😰
Excellent! Mine arrived 6:44, departed 6:52. I'm in the district proper though, so would sense for them to go their separate ways at this point

Currently my phone is in Leominster on a truck for delivery. It came through Manchester NH and Chelmsford MA last night.
Think its how they are showing it, mine is "preparing for delivery" but also has a destination scan, im gonna head over after I grab some coffee. I dont think its an issue, mine was "out for delivery" for less then a minute between my request to hold/deliver to access point and this destination scan. I think they are waiting on us now.
I recieved my screen protector the other day and my MagSafe charger yesterday. No phone though. I am waiting for the Pro Max sim free and for the leather MagSafe case. Also, I am recieving a new sim from AT&T for the new phone. Hope everyone enjoys their new phones today. I will be joining you in a few short weeks!!
Totally Normal. After you get Destination Scan the package is Out for Delivery in UPS system. Next scan would be "Loaded on Delivery Vehicle" then "Out for delivery" as soon the truck leave the UPS distribution Center. I get about 20 packages a week from UPS and all of them show Out For Delivery after Destination Scan. As soon the truck leave the UPS Distribution Center, I get an email notification to "Follow My Delivery" live.
I just went to apple.com, and there seems to be a good supply of all colors / Gb of 12s and 12Pros at apple stores for pickup either today or tomorrow in the Southeast NC/SC/GA region if anyone has a November delivery date. Just guessing other regions have similar stock.
