I paid money for an 2 hour delivery block, and I got charged but didn't happen so I had to go though a huge process.

Yah, That was what I was talking about the last 2 days earlier in the thread. UPS had a ton of system issues and several people had the same issue I did.

Tracking the truck... It was JUST AROUND THE CORNER and then drove away. I'm pretty sure they're laughing at me

Ha! My driver was in my building early this morning, drove around the neighborhood and now a block away and my tracking has been saying its almost there for about 30 minutes.

My credit card disagrees I paid 8 bucks to pick a 2 hour window and it didn't deliver but I was still charged. UPS didn't know why that happened but said it was an "system error"

Thought if you pay with a CC it does it immediately and refunds if it doesn't happen. If you bill a UPS account and it doesn't happen you just don't get billed.

Does anyone know if an Apple Store gift card can be used on AC+ when purchased online? I know it can be used in store, but since I don’t live near one I just buy it online.

You can buy AppleCare with an Apple Store gift card. There are some restrictions as to when you can buy AppleCare. Must be purchased within 60 days. You CAN’T use an iTunes GC.

Was your credit card authorized (held) for the amount? Or did you actually see the amount post as a transaction?

I’m at my local CC picking up now; this is my second time here. The address on my DL doesn’t match my shipping address and I didn’t have my (personal) phone on me so couldn’t answer when they called the number on the box so.. I went home, grabbed my other phone, came back and am waking out with my phones now!

Well apparently mine was mis-sorted. Called and they said it could be here Saturday Or Monday. So glad I took a vacation day today to be here for the non delivery. If I want to pick it up I can Monday but that doesn’t help me at all.

It has a Verizon SIM card in it. Take that out.

Just got mine! This is extra magical for me. I worked in wireless for 11 years, so this is the first initial unboxing I’ve done for myself.
Opening dozens every day for demos and customers just isn’t as special.
