Your address should be the same as it is in your Apple settings, shipping and billing. Or, if you didn’t order with Apple, the same address as the one on file with your carrier.

It’s the same... that’s the thing :/ But I guess the problem is because I'm in Puerto Rico.:. maybe the system doesn't work very well here. I'll call them tomorrow. Thanks!
I think I'll just bite the bullet and do a pick up at UPS Store. I checked and for me it does not change the estimated Date and still says 11/13/2020. With the new updated UPS website, I think they removed the UPS CC option (I don't see it at all). I'm not sure how good the new reward system is.
I'm aware that typically with UPS Store, it adds a delay by a day (But they are open on Saturday for some stores so I assume that would be okay). However last year when I checked to see it did say estimated delivery for Monday. But this year, it's showing me still on launch day.
I don't like sitting all day waiting for UPS truck to show up. This is why I always preferred UPS CC. But this time it doesn't have that option for me.
Even if it does delay a day, I am fine because I do have one that I have set for in-store pick up on the 13th for the same exact model I preordered for delivery so I can play with those over the weekend.

Someone posted that you have to choose United States instead of Puerto Rico if you’re trying to find info using your phone number as the reference number.
I got same info. But it now says “date tentative”. What?

Yeah, it was me xD And I think that is the reason... system doesn't allow me to select United States and my zipcode on the Choice options :/ Or I select Puerto Rico or I select United States xD and that's the problem I think...

It’s going to say date tentative because it needs to get scanned in and go through the customs and get release from the Chinese governmental agency... it’ll come off when u get a import scan in KY.

No, I’m not doing a trade-in. That info is straight from my UPS My Choice, with the tracking number info for my case taken from the Apple Store app.that more than likely is your trade in box
I am so glad I did pickup at store this time, the anxiety that comes with the tracking is unbearable haha. Fun to watch you all lose it though

I’m really hoping we are all on this flight it is departing in 2 hours or so. I hope we get an early scan!!!
Keep in mind China is 16 hours or so ahead of us almost a day. Since majority of the scans were at 8-9PM. Logistically it would make sense that our iPhones will be on this flight. I could be wrong too. Need other experts and professionals to look at please.

I read on 9 t0 5 Mac that all iphones are now delayed. The Blue and Gold 128GB & 256GB are 2-3 weeks delayed now. The only one available at Launch they said was Silver 512GB.

Just came here to update everyone on the UPS CC option. I called and through the automated system when it asks you about “if these arrangements work for you”, say no and then it’ll ask “if you would like to hold it at a ups location” and after you say yes the first place it’ll recommend is your CC.
The change was made and now I’m giving my tracking a bit to update with the requested change. Sometimes it takes hours, sometimes it doesn’t get acknowledged until the phone is scanned in at KY. This happened a few weeks ago with my wife’s phone.
If I don’t see an update today I’m going to wait till Wednesday/Thursday and request it again or talk to an agent and have them put the change in.
