Carrier, international and US Apple orders are probably at the same facility being moved in large batches. My guess is that there will be movement at some point today on the remaining orders in order to hit Friday’s deadline. I’m in the same boat. My status updates look like a carbon copy of yours.

9:20 crew here with a AK departure scan (11.10.2020 12:24am). Might just be scanning backlog yet to uploaded.
If it already landed in SDF, sometimes you won't get the arrival scan. My 12 Pro was like this, where the last scan was departure scan and stayed like that for 2 days, there were no arrival scan on my 12 Pro tracking, but then on Thursday it had the Import scan.

Hoping we see an updated scan or something. No one seems to know for sure if we’re stuck in China or if it’s back log.
This is my first time ordering at pro-order and getting an iPhone delivered on release day. Apple store is still showing my “Preparing to ship” with delivery date of Friday 11/13.
Now the odd part is I have basic UPS My Choice. Just went to check it and I see an delivery for this Friday 11/13 from AI coming from China origin scan on 11/8 and departed Anchorage, AK 11/10. Although it’s delivery date is “tentative” and status says “Exception”, when I go into that entry it has a status of “in transitn time”. I’m pretty sure that is my iPhone, but no idea why it’s still showing “preparing to ship” on apple still.
Apple does that because the majority of buyers aren't part of this tracking fun!
If they updated your account with a tracking number on Sunday then they'd receive millions of calls asking if the phone will arrive early, why does it take so long, why is it sitting in KY...etc...
Better to fake the "2 day delivery" and just give you your tracking number on Wednesday
Yes I think there is hope for the rest of you 9:30 crew, my 9:20 phone is less than hour out of Louisville I do wonder if the rest of you will see populated updates once at the Worldcenter UPS hub its happened before
It's backlog/missed data from the scan.
I'm confident you will suddenly see a Louisville scan later this morning.

I doubt its a scan error. I just think we werent on the flight. Its only tuesday. We can be in alaska by tonight if it leaves today.
So...they scanned the pallet...what is missing is where the scanning of the pallet filters down to the bill of lading containing all of the other tracking numbers ON that pallet.
They know it is there and has shipped, but either the numbers weren't transferred properly when being loaded in China or there is a glitch.
It has happened to me before and they don't fix it until it arrives in Louisville (or Memphis with FedEx) because the info HAS to line up for customs reasons (and delivery info of course).
That’s a very interesting flight path. I have same Hong Kong departure as you, but my phone got to and left Anchorage 4 hours ahead of your times. I note that it is over Shanghai in path. But UPS 91 that mine seems to be on (matching Anchorage times) I wonder if our phones left Hong Kong at same time but different planes 4 hours apart. Mine (if on the UPS 91) apparently with its first departure out of China to Japan from Shanghai but not shown in my scans yet. Seems several batches out of Hong Kong made different flights

I agree with you. We’ve been in China for way too long now. Hoping to see some of any movement today! It’s only Tuesday. This week is going by so slow!!!!
I hope not...all I can say is it has happened before. Not that uncommon actually with these types of shipments where there are hundreds of items on a single pallet.
I agree I am expecting some updates for the 9:20 folks not shown with us leaving Anchorage some time ago. Once they all get to Louisville I think the scans will update today, may take some time as they break up pallets and get phones in the que out of Louisville when and however that happens (usually thursday)
One of mine has already departed AK and should be landing in Louisville, but the other one still shows it's sitting in ZhengZhou.

Hope you guys are correct. I’m about to call UPS and find out right now 😂 before getting ready for work
I signed up for UPS My Choice in 2017 using my work address for my iPhone X delivery. That was a disastrous and tortures experience where I missed UPS by 20ish minutes. Heart pounding all day and wound up having to go to UPS CC TWICE.
I eventually integrated my name/home address so now I get notices as long as it’s both in my name and using either address.
This year I sent my 12 Pro to my house and realized that the package was under my husband’s name. I had to add him as additional household member and it all worked out.
In the future I think that I may just shoot for holding at the customer center or picking up at the Apple store as long as were no longer in some sort of pandemic.
