I do have it, but none of my deliveries are showing up as incoming. I contacted UPS on Twitter and they said there's no way to manually add them. I told them I am just trying to set up a hold, and they said I need the tracking number from the shipper to be able to do so. I also tried calling UPS but can't get to a person without providing a tracking number in full. Someone else suggested a different UPS number to call to get the full tracking number from them, which I guess I will try if I can't get it any other way.
Does your address, phone number, match from what you entered on apple.com when you ordered to the the address you use on UPS My Choice? If so, that should automatically pop up on UPS My choice. Strange it hasn't yet.

I entered my phone number and zip, etc., like every other year, so I assumed UPS would be able to do the same and see the unmasked number, but she said nothing was coming up at all. 😒 I don’t see HOW, but whatever. I’ll keep checking on my own! 🙂
You have to have UPS My Choice app updated with your exact name, address, phone number, and email associated with your order and it will match it and show up. I put 2 email addresses in there just in case.

It does. I have the phone and two cases on separate orders all shipping UPS, and none of them show as an incoming delivery. I can track by reference and see three shipments with the last digits available, but nothing showing tied to my account. I even tried making a new My Choice account with the same address and phone number, and still nothing comes up with it.

Make sure you are speaking to a UPS international dept

Did you get any change in your tracking page? The only difference I see is it no longer says "Release to: Leave at Door" not sure of the exact phrasing. It just says Ship To: my home address.

My app just updated now and shows the same thing. Now I can just take a break in the morning and walk accross the street to pick it up. I already have a backup on my work PC so I'll be setting up the new phone right away. Won't be the most productive work day.

IT shows on it but make sure the UPS CC appears. If not, you'll need to contact UPS.

I called the international UPS line and they wouldn't give me the tacking number. I told them I have to be doing something wrong with My Choice since none of my deliveries are showing up, and without giving them a full tracking number they won't look at anything. So I have no idea why nothing shows up on UPS, but they're not going to look at anything without a tracking number in full.

Do you have the ups app? My full tracking number shows in the app. I also have MyChoice.
I do! That’s what’s so weird. All I can see is the utterly and completely useless masked shipping number. I get that they’re trying to be more secure & whatever, but this is IPHONE LAUNCH TIME, DAMMIT. This is NOT the time to mess with things! Lol.

I was in the process of doing this but I'm not going to pay an extra $6 just to possibly get my phone a few hours earlier, lol
 
Hopefully it updates with the location once the iPhone is scanned/leaves Louisville. The rep on the phone repeated the address twice.
I called UPS and they were no help. I just ended up requesting a pick up at the UPS Store, still shows 11/13/2020 on the confirmation page so I'll just bite the bullet and pick it up at the UPS Store on 11/13/2020. Plus, with this new reward system I get 50 points each every time I make a request for a UPS Store and with after 500 points I can redeem a gift card. Sounds like an incentive haha. I do have one for in-store pick up so I'm not worried about it. Since I'm a My Choice Premium member, it's free for to request a hold for pick up.

Yeah, I get that and that's why calling them was last on my list. But I work 7a-8p with no definite availability to sit down and phone tag or wait on hold for lengths of time, so I was trying to figure out anything I could today while I am off. But no dice.
 
My new theory for Canadians is that we won't get tracking info until the phones arrive in the U.S. Perhaps it is me being naive but there is no way they would wait this long to ship from China and still deliver on time. That's my theory as to why ours are all stuck on 'preparing to ship' in both the app store and on UPS.

I'm sure by tomorrow or Thursday, when Apple changes Status to "Ship" you should be getting the tracking number then and hopefully that will work.
