In the grand scheme of things, getting your new iPhone a few days later is far down on the scale of meaningful. I understand it can be frustrating but, you have your health, a roof over your head, and food to eat etc. I see no reason to get angry. Life is too short to get upset over something like that.

Well, the tidbit I left out is that my wife ordered one too and hers is still arriving on time. We're not competitive at all

Has anyone else had their 12 pro max order get changed from "arrives on the 13th" to "arrives 5-7 business days"?

I'm still showing "Arrives on November 13" but have zero indication of movement, a tracking number, etc. Still in "preparing to ship".

The Apple order status changed. I contacted Apple and got an apology, lot's of empathy, and a promise to expedite the shipment (once it was shipped), but nothing more. Even looked at changing to a different model but it wouldn't have changed the dates. So yeah, I'm angry.

That is BS. Did they give a reason?

All of us are praying and hoping to get an update today. There is a flight departing in 3 1/2 hours. Cross your fingers. It’s time to leave China.

Wish UPS showed everything. Most know that it’s in Louisville and probably going through customs maybe even as we speak. I wish we got to see the FULL view that UPS agents can see, that we WONT see til it leaves Louisville. Would save some heartache and anxiety

I think Apple and UPS-does that for a reason. They know what they are doing. It wasn’t used to be like that. But you know Apple is big about privacy.

I’m not sure if you will have a similar experience, but I have a 12 Pro Max scheduled for delivery to Ontario Canada and have had the same status since about Monday noon. This morning it showed up on My Choice and my phone is already at UPS near Toronto with no overseas tracking showing at all.

Wow I’ve had a 2-3 day jump due to weather one year when a plane got stuck but I was at least preparing to ship. When did you order it?

Italy here. Submitted my order about 5 minutes after the preorder time was supposed to start
Went from Nov 13 to a vague "16 Nov - 23 Nov"
Still "Processing", not "Preparing for Shipment", the statement doesn't even show up in my bank.

I honestly think it’s because no customs scanning was done because of Veterans Day. AND explains why the minis got arrivals in KY yesterday
