Late 9PM crew expect to see arrival to KY within 2-3 hours. After that pallets will be sorted and will receive import scan right away.
We are definitely in HIGH PRIORITY.

So you were actually in the 2:30AM group with many of us but your scan didn’t come through? If so, you’re already in Louisville. I just got my import scan (10:32) a few minutes ago.
If it's not far from you I would just go and give it a shot. Couldn't hurt. Were you the person that changed it to CVS UPS pickup location?
My guess is between Iphones, minis, and new macbooks all shipping today they are getting some pretty heavy loads on their servers.
Alright everyone, i'm back to work. Back to Minneapolis, then to Dallas, then back to Minneapolis, then finally home tonight for the weekend. I expect to see more good cheer and news from everyone later! Don't let me down lol ?
Yea, I have the same “Shipment Delayed” when I click on the blue Track Shipment button from the Apple email mentioning my phone has “shipped”. However, if I track the shipment via the UPS site using the tracking number I don’t see any delay. UPS says will be delivered Friday by 9PM. I have an Import Scan in KY (no Arrival Scan in KY) but no indication it’s been through Customs. Other than all this I received a notification on my phone from the Apple Store App saying my 12 Pro Max has shipped.
Yes. So you’re saying once it’s scanned at the customer hub try driving there and see if they can give it to me? It’s nearby.
I'm realizing how time flies - I'm not in the Bay Area anymore. I'm in LA! 🤣 It was just wayyyy too expensive in Santa Clara, even as an engineer. But I'm back in LA, got a home and surprisingly have enough space in the bleeding of my account to afford a Pro Max, so it can't all be bad right? 🤣 Still up north?
Exactly. In fact, my husband and I rarely if ever do gifts for any occasions... we have adventures and life experiences and travel -- DO things together, SEE things. In a year where the world is closed to us, at least upgrading my XS Max is a bright spot in what's been an incredibly stressful year for everyone.
So iPhone upgrade season is Christmas for a lot of us!
It's all good, man! You know we mean well! This is the few times of the year where things get fanatical and, in a ways, becomes very child like. LOL! I'll admit it, I've done these deliveries for years and I still get all gitty about it.
It's also more than just the status updates, but the camaraderie. We were pushing Airplane quotes for no reason, and the movie is older than people here ... including myself! lol. We start doing roll call for where we're at and figure out whose phone are going with what route and trying to be phone traveling buddies even though these things an inanimate objects (lol) but we still see it as a sign of us.
So I hear you, I get you, and I assure you it's all in good taste and emotion. We'll start quieting down once the phone reaches our hands, do a couple of sign offs and some of us won't reappear until the MBPs and Minis show up, and even then, it'll be a pale comparison to this thread. For now, we'll all enjoy it for what it is.

Actually over on Flyertalk, we refer to the CRJ-200 as the Devil's chariot, but the ERJ145s are a close second.
