My account on the Apple Store App and online both says they can’t see ANY of my orders right now. I get it, that happens. But everybody’s enthusiasm is infectious: I want to play, too! Anybody see my 128 white mini? On the milk carton photo, it’ll probably be wearing flip flops and carrying a surfboard.

I always get a chuckle when I get the Apple Store notification “Good News your iPhone shipped and will be delivered tomorrow!” As if I haven’t been tracking this thing since the box was sealed in China ?.
9:32 AM. Import Scan. Louisville, KY! Yay! Apple still doesn’t show “shipped”. Lol.

Absolutely! In our house, we call it Applemas! We write letters to Santa (Apple Store app preorders.) We stand in line to take photos with Santa (getting up early to actually preorder). Then we count down the days with an advent calendar (“daily” checks to the forums) and then can’t sleep the night(s) before (Applemas Eve here we are) and then when the hooves land on the roof (planes land in Louisville) we run around the house until we get to unwrap our presents (the Apple unboxing wins, hands down.)YAY!! Almost here. My kids get Christmas, I get my new Apple Phone. So nice to have something fun to look forward to in the midst of all of the other news out there. Best wishes to all for a Happy New iPhone Day! (I feel like Hallmark should have a card for this.)

Was having trouble holding at customer center through the website. I called and was able to have held through their automated phone system. Gave phone no, entered tracking number and said "no" when she gave tracking info and asked if that arragement was ok. Then it gave me the customer center as option right away. so easy compared to that mess of a website!
When I’ve done in-store pick-up in the past, it only switches on the Thursday before Friday pick-up, so you’re probably still good!
