I have a quick question. I am upgrading from iUP. I dont want to return my previous 11 Pro max to apple. Can I just ignore the trade in kit( I haven't received any notification of trade in shipping). I just checked my citizens one account and payment for the 11 pro max is on hold. if I ignore the trade in will the payments start? Thanks
I haven’t tested it yet, but map says we have good coverage. Maybe since state govt is here?
Lots of updates today. I got text from Apple saying item had shipped and finally have a UPS tracking number. Then I contacted UPS with it and they said they have a shipping label but they don’t physically have item yet and to check with sender.
For those with pickup orders tomorrow, our orders just repopulated to the Apple Store app....and still show as processing. I wouldn't expect an update on that till tonight, but sure am glad to see my 'pending' order there again. 😂

Got my Louisville import scan at 11EST and Apple finally sent a notification that it has been shipped....it left ZZ on Sunday. 😂

Not contemplating it in the first place but let's say I was: is it not true that they wouldn't release it to me even if I showed up? I was thinking Apple gave them pretty strict parameters.
My 2 phones are also in Kentucky as of this morning... Almost home!
Talk to apple to release the hold and make the payments to citizen one. I wanted to do the same for iPhone 11 last month, but went through same situation. Ended up giving iPhone 11 back to Apple as didn't want the hassle of releasing the hold and what not!
map says you have very good coverage, also says i do but its actually very poor. 20mb down...And i just noticed on my bill, for the new 5g plan it has increasaed my bill by $47 which was never told to me so i am not happy right now
Mine and my husbands have said that all week... I thought it would go away the closer it got to tomorrow, but.... fingers crossed for the best... I think it means, that even though it could arrive in our town earlier than Friday - that UPS can't deliver it - per before that.
