Can't you just contact Citizen One and make the remaining payment? Or are you wanting to continue monthly payments?
Not yet for me, but will get my departure scan from Louisville in an hour or so as mine will be on the truck and not on the flight.

Right, I think that is the same flight we were on. The departure scan was at 2:34 but the plane didn’t actually take off until 4:26 and actually arrived at 2:14 in Louisville? Flight CKS817?
Never mind, I must have been looking at the wrong tracking for you. Sounds like with either flight, it’ll get to you on time tomorrow. Looking forward to hanging out in Louisville. Mine probably won’t jump a truck until sometime during the night.

It’s funny, for years I thought the ability to see the truck on a map would be a great feature, but now that it exists I’ve discovered that it just makes the process of waiting for a package even more frustrating. Instead of knowing that a package is coming sometime today now I can now obsess over the map all day and get my hopes up as I see the driver getting closer to my house only to have them dashed as he makes a turn and goes in a different direction.
I did try to chase down my driver once to see if I could get my package before he got to my house, but he told me that he wasn’t allowed to deliver packages early and he wouldn’t let me have it
Unfortunately UPS almost always comes after 4 or 5PM for me, so when I’m expecting a package that I want sooner I just have it held at a UPS store that’s like two miles from my house. It‘s usually ready for pickup there by around 9:30 or 10AM. So that’s what I’m doing with my phone as well.
Same boat, but the Apple Silicon Mac mini is seriously trying to grab my attention. Why do the nice things have to be expensive?!?! 😅
My next scan will be around 5PM when the truck leaves Louisville for the Hodgkins hub to unhook a double trailer.
Haha, hopefully you have someone who can get the package for you, at least. Or do you just plan to leave the box on your doorstep until you return in January?

Random question, does anyone know if UPS will be requiring signatures? In the past I know they have, but with covid, I am not sure...I don't want to not go to the door if they do need a signature and miss it, haha. I usually do CC pickup but I am working from home so figured I'd just do the delivery option this year.

Not for me. I'm just thrilled there's finally an import scan and a shipped notification from Apple
No signature required. Also, on the UPS app you can authorize the release of package at your front door

My package says it will deliver by 9pm and I live in an apartment complex where all packages go to the office which closes at 6pm. I have work till 6:30pm so grr LOL.
My question is if I sign for the UPS mychoice premium thing can I select the delivery window right away for my phone or does a first delivery attempt need to be made?

My understanding is that they have to see you but you don't have to sign. They don't always adhere to the "see you" part though.
Once it gets to the "Follow my driver" point, it's like watching the Super Bowl... I do not look away, it's time to cheer when it's near your neighborhood, and boo when it goes to the UPS Store a mile away before stopping in your neighborhood.
Mine's sittin' in Louisville and my city is only a 2 hour drive from Louisville so I'm good
I’m a 3 hour drive so probably won’t happen until during the night. It never seems to arrive at my CC until early morning hours of launch day.

By 9pm is a standard time frame. You will get it by the same time UPS usually delivers at your building. But if you don’t get it by the time you get back from work, just wait for the ups guy at the lobby of your building.
