11/10 12:42 departure from AK; Apple shipped email and text received with delivered tomorrow, but no import scan yet and still with an Exception. I’m wondering if it’s because I requested a pickup from my local hub? Or, my plane mysteriously disappeared and I will have to haunt my local Apple stores tomorrow for same day pickup.😂

Nope. Mine is being held at my local CC and I got an import scan.

Nope, I got the import scan, the CC option does not show up even after the import scan. You'll just need to contact UPS or e-mail them the request.

I think UPS disabled/removed the CC locations from the "Pick Up My Package at a UPS Location" feature. It's not showing up for me either. I'd not have it held at access point because most likely will delay the delivery.

Yes. So you’re saying once it’s scanned at the customer hub try driving there and see if they can give it to me? It’s nearby.

If you are picking up at CVS, you will receive an email when it’s ready for pickup. You will have to show them the email and ID as well. Done it many times. This is the first time I’ve ever seen it say that it will be delayed by one business day doing that, so I didn’t select that ad an option. My UPS still says on time, but the Exception is still there, and Apple says delivery may be delayed. ☹️ Still hoping for delivery tomorrow. I’ll be happy when I receive the scan that it’s in my city and out for delivery!

Yes! Do not hold it at Access Point! It will cause a delay and depending on the hours, will be waiting till Monday

We're not playing games with UPS like that come on now.

I will be testing as well. I know in October Verizon installed a new microcell a half block from me. Not sure if it is for 4g mid/low band 5g or uwb guess I find out tomorrow

Did you request the pick up at UPS hub? or third party access point (CVS, local business, etc.)? If you did not request it to be held at a UPS Customer Center, most likely it's delayed one day

I’m a 3 hour drive so probably won’t happen until during the night. It never seems to arrive at my CC until early morning hours of launch day.

That’s how it is for us in the Chicago area as well. I’m sure we end up on a truck for the rest of the journey.

Requesting a hold at the Customer Center shouldn't delay delivery. If anything, it will be available first thing in the morning.

That could be true. I don’t have an import scan yet either, but given that so many were able to call or send an email request ahead of time, I said I’ll at least try and see what happens.

Call them on international shipping line and they can put in a pick up at CC option for ya.

OMG! Got a departure scan from Louisville! That’s the first time it’s happened before nighttime when it hops a truck for the 3 hours to my CC. Maybe it’s got a lot of stops to make along the way.

Got departure scan from SDF. Next stop Indianapolis. Apple Store app also just updated from “delayed” to “arriving tomorrow”. On the home stretch now! View attachment 1661184

Got the same departure scan. Mine must be flying with yours to Indy instead of going ground transport like it usually does.
