Ive ordered every iPhone from apple for the last like 5-6 years....today my UPS updated to "delayed" never have i ever seen this. What the ****..

UPS chat literally said "it got missorted....ARE YOU KIDDING. You have 1 job lol

11:45a, - 3:45pm window. And that truck WAS 1 block and 1/2 from me about 20 min ago...now he's about 3 miles to the west. DOH! (Now this live map is going to make the obsessiveness escalate to a whole new level ? )

I know, the live map will have you going crazy!!! I keep refreshing because I know he is right up the road. There is no telling how long it actually takes for them to actually arrive!

That happened during the XS Max launch for me - damn typhoon......luckily our UPS dude felt sorry for me and when he dropped off my new MacBook he gave me the number so I could drive to the local depot on Saturday and pick it up (UPS doesn't deliver out here way in the country on weekends)

Delayed at local facility or elsewhere. I noticed on my detailed tracking information said was delayed due to customs when at anchorage. Cleared in time for delivery today. Check tracking.

Just to ease the tension, I looked up my serial number for my new PM, found out that it was born somewhere between November 2 and November 8. Week 45. Can’t wait. Hurry up UPS!! They usually deliver late afternoon to early evening here. ?

UPS varies in my area... my 12 Pro was set to deliver between 1:30-5:30 and he got there at 5:30 (which is way better than the torture if him not arriving until well past that hour).

Do you get to track your driver or is the option not available? That feature is usually only there for me on Amazon packages... praying I catch a break with the Macbook this year.

Not an issue, first batch was likely sitting an extended period of time waiting for FCC approval to then be shipped just let it charge a nice full charge before using.

Gotcha, thanks. That does make sense! If there is any issue with the battery I should be able to tell pretty fast, so all good. Plus it does seem to be charging fine now. Thanks

Nope, no idea where it is. They missorted it somehow...so i have to wait to see where it arrives to get an updated day or go get it

So I received an email from UPS yesterday that I have a scheduled delivery for today. When looking at tracking information this morning, it says it was loaded onto a delivery vehicle but the status doesn’t say anything about being out for delivery? It just lists “Destination Scan” and “In Transit.” I can’t imagine it sitting on the truck for over five hours without the vehicle starting any deliveries? Maybe the status just didn’t get updated?

UPS often holds on updates for 30 - 60 minutes, from time to time. Since it’s already in the delivery truck, I’d say you’re safe for today!

Mine is also showing a delayed delivery as well. ? I had this happen one year, but it ended up delivering on launch day, just later in the day. Hopefully it will make it today!
