Also, the Night Mode is insane. This is my sauna room in my lower level. The room was completely dark. I took it this morning.

Right?! It's absolutely sick! I was out playing in the streets at 1 AM with it! :p

I love the MagSafe. I’m not so concerned with the charging speed but like that it just snaps on and is easy to remove. I’m thinking of ordering 2 more—work and on the go.
I just don’t like how short it is it needs to be longer. So, I’m gonna go to Home Depot and buy an extension cord 😂

No! Not everyone has a wireless charger. I don’t own one and there isn’t one built into my car so without the lightening port how am I supposed to use CarPlay?
I think many car makers are starting to push for wireless carplay. There are even adaptors that you can buy to make it wireless.

I’ve got a dongle that gives me wireless CarPlay for my Kenwood head unit, and it works very well. The downside of wireless CarPlay is that it drains the iphone battery like crazy. I do not want to lose the charging port until wireless charging is everywhere and until it charges much faster than is currently available. Keep the port!

Can I have the brand of the dongle? Thanks.

I'm so pissed off right now its out of delivery today now it got delayed to monday. So epic. I missed the delivery yesterday and wanted to pick it up yesterday but they wouldn't let me so I said fine i'll get it tomorrow. I can't even get it today. I almost feel like just going to the Apple store and buying it tomorrow. Monday Im going to be working and I can't get the phone. I just got royally screwed by UPS last time I ever ever get Apple stuff shipped to my house. What a huge mistake I wish I picked it up in the store.

That really sucks. How come you didn't request a hold to be picked up at UPS CC? I've had no issues in the past request this despite that there are restrictions to apple's packages...

Why do you say that, is there something wrong with doing it that way or just slow? I usually set a new phone up as new but it was going to take me way too long to install apps, pair watch, etc. so I loaded from my old phone. Hoping I didn’t make a mistake!
It’s sloooow. Restore from iCloud or from a computer backup with iTunes is much faster. It’s really terrific with Imazing 2.

I know that there is a thread for 5G speeds somewhere, but I did a test for LTE/5Ge, 5G and WiFi. While the 5G was faster, I’m not risking battery draining faster and will continue with LTE/5Ge until Apple pushes out an update for better battery management under 5G.
That’s terrific LTE speed. I’ve never gotten faster than 165mbs, and that’s only with this new 12PM. I typically got 20-30mbs on the 11PM. This Qualcomm modem is so much better.
