The carrier is probably not letting Apple add the phone to your account.If I call my carrier, they’re going to have no idea what this is about. I need more details from Apple first.

Try starting it over one he website and not the app? Ignore the preapprovals you already did. Maybe that will work! Sometimes the carrier systems/databases screw things up. I also noticed that the app and web flows were different so while I got an error on the app, things went fine on the web. The prepare for preaporoval was only on the app so maybe that’s what’s throwing your error.I posted this already in the iUP thread, but this seems to be where all the action is. Hoping someone has some words of advice for us. Ordered 2 12 Pro 128 Pacific Blue when ordering window opened, delivery dates Nov 3-6 and Nov 6-13. Trying to order 2 more, same specs in graphite and silver.
My issue:
Trying to use iUP for the 3rd time this year. 4 phones in our household, 2 originally ordered under my Apple ID, 2 under my husband’s. Preapproved for all 4 earlier this week.
Yesterday, when ordering went live I was able to order the 2 under my ID without difficulty, but we are still unable to order the 2 on my husband’s ID. We select the preapproved phone, get to the “place order” screen, payment window pups up, prompted to save payment info, hit save. Arrow spins once and payment page remains. Apple support has been no help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
We have also tried this on a different phone with the same error, so it seems tied to the Apple ID. There also doesn’t seem to be anywhere to cancel the preapproval to start over. Just stuck in a loop on the payment screen...

It will most likely change to Friday. UPS will update it.So I notice on UPS choice a package coming from Zhengzhou, CN with a delivery date of Wednesday. Only other thing I ordered was a case which is coming on FEDEX. Could this be the phone? I’ve never had it show up this soon. I assume UPS will hold until Friday but interesting it’s moving this soon. My conformation email was dated 1 min after ordering opened, so maybe

Just checked UPS! Nothing is showing up. Have u all checked via reference number??? It’s like there’s only a few people with the tracking number being shown up.

yes understand that. But normally I don’t even start to check via phone number until Monday or Tuesday and then it’s a search. Today it was there, no search.
I just read a thread about that in iPhone accessories. A lot of people ordered black and it switched to brown, and others the opposite. Apple messed up somehow.

Oh no, I’m giving the other one to my sister lol. It was just up to me what color I wanted hahaSo you ordered 2 phones just so you could look at them and decide what color you want?? Wow! SMH. That’s what the store is for or pictures.
There are people who won’t get phones next week and have to wait weeks because people do this.
Is apple still giving away one year free Apple TV plus when you purchase a new iPhone?
