I am looking at the UPS app and as a UPS choice customer it asks if you want to pick the phone up elsewhere. Is UPS CC-Van Nuys a UPS hub?

If it helps any my phone didint leave China until 2 days before last last year at least according to scans.

I recall the same thing in prior years. Coming from China means they gain a day flying (meaning it arrives in Alaska before it left China). I am always surprised how quickly it leaves China and arrives at my door on launch day.

So my wife’s phone shows delivery 9/21. I typed in my order number dropping off the last two and mine shows 9/21 but to Austin, TX which is not where I live? I have a 9/28-10/5 date on mine. Is there more than one order number dropping the last two?

Technically there could be like 100 orders with those numbers. It’s better to check with your 10 digit phone number.

Yep.. the one on Arminta st is. That's where I picked my X up last year. The line was out the door

All orders at this point are still at PFS status. It will start changing status around Wednesday or Thursday when there is an import can. Right now many of us were able to locate the tracking number ahead by tracking by the phone number, order number or it shows up on UPS MyChoice.

I went on the UPS app and was going to attempt to change my drop-off location to my local UPS Store as I live way out in the sticks.....and it was going to change my delivery date to Monday the 24th.... nope.. Ive never exited out of an app so fast in my life!!! Upsetting because I probably should theoretically be able to get it sooner if it were dropped off there, but no luck. Oh well, let the longest week of the year continue on!!!

Clearly not ALL orders are at PFS. Mine is still processing.

I ordered a backup through ATT and that one says in progress too so this is just fantastic.

I'm watching flights out of ZhengZhou and two are over an hour late as well.

according to flighawre- I dont see any flights into or out of ZhengZhou via UPS. Where are you see that and where are they from and where are they going?

They were Yangtze River Express flights. Since they were the only ones out of CGO to ANC I thought maybe they were subcontracted. Just pure speculation.

My brain worked on some math while I was reading the internets though and UserJalen's iPhone moved out of ZhengZhou last year about 48 hours after it's arrival. That will be sometime after midnight for this year's 2:10am 9/17/18 ZZ arrival scan. Hoping past is prologue. Not worried just obsessing now because thanks FlightAware.
