Have you used your phone number or order number minus the last 2 digits to look it up on UPS some shipments that are preparing for shipment have actually already shipped.

Both my phones are finally showing up in MyChoice! Only showing label created right now, but at least things are moving forward.
The good news is, in just 3 days, we will all have our devices.

Mine on the MyChoice page shows label created but on the main tracking actually says in transit with scans.

Ordered about 10 minutes after pre-orders opened on 9/14 - gotta love setting an alarm for 3am est and then waiting 15 minutes for pre order to open shame on me though because I should have learned from the 7+.
iPhone XS Max, 256 g, Gold - forgot if I ordered AT&T full price or SIM Unlocked. It’s so weird that I can’t see it on my order page...
I’m in the 11:57/2:10 ZhengZhou group as well. I’m getting anxious now that my phone isn’t in the group that shipped earlier today; I’m hoping it’s a UPS lag for me - I do remember my 7+ going to Korea before heading out to the US, so we’ll see how tracking goes later on.

It will make it still plenty of time. Remember they have them staged and have a plan on when to send them out to be here Friday. They know when and what plane they are sending them on already. But it's a mystery to us
Fingers crossed! After so many years they totally have a system down, I’m sure. I’m just the paranoid type to think mine got snatched or fell off the pallet
There’s usually multiple flights so you should be getting scans later today or tomorrow. That is if toy weren’t on that flight to Korea and it’s not updated.
Thanks, guys! I’m guessing my UPS hasn’t updated or it will be on a very late flight out tonight.
Talking to UPS support through twitter and they are telling me the reason I cannot select the customer center is due to the device not being in the US yet. But then they also said that may not be the cause for it. Long story short, they have no idea. I guess I'll try to set it when the phone is in country.

I can select the CC or UPS store for pickup and mine isn't in the US. Once it's gotten an Import Scan you usually get more options though and if you are a MyChoice Premium member or pay the extra $ can also select a 2 hour delivery window.
