Interesting. I was able to request a hold for pick up at my local CC right after I got my tracking and when it was still in China. Doesn't hurt to try on Thursday. Or you can phone them too. I've heard some people were able to do it that way.Talking to UPS support through twitter and they are telling me the reason I cannot select the customer center is due to the device not being in the US yet. But then they also said that may not be the cause for it. Long story short, they have no idea. I guess I'll try to set it when the phone is in country.
