My phone still seems to be vacationing in ZhengZhou.
This is normal, so I'm in no panic. SHOULD start moving today at some point.

I despise that UPS Exception notice!! Im sorry. As long as it comes maybe later tonight, that can happen. tomorrow I assume. It will be here before Friday.

So are most people putting their phone in a case? I've carried my phone caseless for the last 2-3 years and intend to continue.
Mine only says Exception on the app the website still says In Transit in green no orange bar so I don't think it has officially delayed delivery yet.

Really depends I don't always but there are sometimes ill put it in something thin. I prefer the Apple cases or a thin clear TPU case.
I do, but only because I combine it with a wallet. I like to have just one thing to carry around. I'll be happy when all cards/Ids/cash will be completely unnecessary.

Same used the app as well. It came up a bit before the website and having ApplePay setup made it fast not having to enter and check card details and address. Last thing you want is to rush and mistype a number or part of your address.
Finally one of the phones showed up on my ups choice. One more to go. So now I have SS SB 44MM and the 64gb Gold iPhone XS. Just waiting on the 256gb Space Gray iPhone XS!

Yes, Always had a case, not stopping that now. I DO like the Forest Green case...I've seen some on the forum this morning (they got it). As for finding these in stores, Apple store - this date for all XS Max cases keeps changing from Sept 20, to the 21...then to Oct 10??!, Back to Sept 21. Its all over the place. I may just walk in the Apple store today just to see if they MIGHT have them. Might stop at best Buy also. (The cases I see on Amazon, ones I like have delivery dates for Monday 9/24 at the earliest. Other ones I like are sold out )
I do recall cases were available this time last year, When I got mine for the 8+ at Best Buy, I saw a few Apple X cases, maybe 1, 2 colors...and that phone wasn't due until Nov 3.
My XS has finally shown up on UPS. Looks like it has had a busy day.

Psh my Best Buy still has iPhones available for release day pickup so they should have cases if nothing else.
Just tried the track by reference tool and sure enough, my XS is on the way! I'm more excited to receive my Nike S4 on Oct. 5th, but this will be fun in the meantime.
Dates are the same for all 3 carriers.

Just so I can keep it as new as possible.. No scratches or cracks especially with a glass back.. Usually a plain clear case to see the color.
I’d imagine you likely have an office job? Also majority of people use cases because we don’t want scratches or cracks from drops. My iPhone X looks brand new without a case and isn’t bulky either.
yes, I need a case, I've had tons of dropped phones. I usually get a custom case, with some pop culture reference lol

Fits pretty nicely in my pocket...five cards/ids plus cash is about the limit though
Hey what if our phones did make it to Incheon, but they just didn't scanned out or in?
My theory is that they get scanned when they go on the plane, and they go under like a master barcode that covers the entire plane's payload. So maybe one pallet didn't scanned when they were loaded, and therefore the master barcode didn't include that pallet. This could explain why we have no movement for part of the 11:57/2:10 club.
Maybe the pallet will get scanned on its way out of Incheon and we just won't have scans between ZhengZhou and Incheon.
I'm going crazy over here haha now I'm coming up with conspiracy theories, but idk man, this one might hold some water.

I always keep mine in at least a bumper: easier to hold on to, as these phones are slippery!
We're 100% sure that X cases will fit on the XS, right? Like, they didn't slightly move the buttons or anything?
As much as I don’t want to I will be using a case. $500+ to replace the back glass is ridiculous
