I’ve been caseless for years with I have Apple Care and I intend to do the same with my Xs Max.So are most people putting their phone in a case? I've carried my phone caseless for the last 2-3 years and intend to continue.

Ahh I see, yeah that makes a big difference. I stopped carrying it in a case when I started doing IUP.

It should be to you at your address. Try using your telephone number as the reference.

From the IUP terms and conditions:What is the worst condition you can turn it in? Do they care that much?
I just dealt with this. Cracked the back glass and camera on my 8 the morning after I preordered the XS. Took it to the apple store to ask if I had to do the repair before I sent it back, and the tech told me no, but there was no chance I'd escape without getting billed for the repair. I just did it then to avoid any complications with the exchange process (on IUP). Felt silly considering when you break the back glass they do a device swap rather than a repair, and I am exchanging for a new device just to send it back in next week...What is the worst condition you can turn it in? Do they care that much?
From the IUP terms and conditions:
Your Financed iPhone must be in good physical and operational condition, as determined solely by Apple or Apple’s trade-in service provider (“Trade-In Service Provider”). It must (i) power on and hold a charge; (ii) have an intact and functioning display; and (iii) cannot have any breaks or cracks.
So scratches are ok. Just has to turn on and work, with no cracks or breaks.
F5 or command + R baby!
Even if its cracked they just charge you the $29 screen fee. Not too bad really. From the IUP terms and conditions:

Did you order any accessories? Those could be the delivery on the 19th. I just wonder if you have a work order similar enough to someone else's and that's the delivery you're seeing. I don't think they are consecutive though. It would make it too easy to look up someone else's order.I see a different delivery due the 19th when I search by my phone number, but that's it. When I search by my order number, I see the delivery I referenced that shows that it's shipping to Brooklyn, whereas my phone should be shipping to me in Atlanta. My phone number does not show under the reference numbers for this delivery.
I was able to find my wife's phone using her phone number as a reference number, and hers shows correctly as shipping to Atlanta.
Hopefully there's no issue with mine..Apple order shows my correct address as the shipping address.
Would it be worth contacting UPS at this stage?

I punched in my order number as ref number with no zip and got shipping to Cali, I am in TX. Its not my order. Consider that each order number has 100 total combinations, bound to run across another in your series.Did you order any accessories? Those could be the delivery on the 19th. I'm puzzled too and hope someone chimes in with some ideas
Remember that when you cut off the last 2 digits of the order number that you're looking up by a reference that could belong to any of like 100 different orders. Phone number is the better way to look up.Mine has finally appeared in UPS (searched via reference number using my order number).
However, UPS shows that it's shipping to Brooklyn, NY, but I live in Atlanta. Anyone else have the "shipping to" show somewhere that's not correct?
Give it a few it may be an old number if it's not in the system yet. And UPS can't change the address even if it was wrong. I entered mine wrong for my 7 Plus (it was still close enough that it got delivered to me) but UPS told me once the order is in it's to late.I see a different delivery due the 19th when I search by my phone number, but that's it. I'm one of those SOL. Already used both allowances and currently have a cracked back on iPhone X. So I think I am looking at $550 + Tax... FMLAlso you have to fix it if it is broken. So if screen is broken, pay $29 deductible. If anything else is broken, pay $99 deductible. If you've already exhausted your coverage, you're SOL. Gotta pay the out-of-warranty repair cost.
- Repairs and Service Replacements. If your Financed iPhone is not in good physical and operational condition when you exercise your Upgrade Option, you will need to exercise your service rights set forth in the applicable AppleCare+ for iPhone Terms and Conditions or AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss Terms and Conditions, including paying any applicable service fee(s) required under the AppleCare+ Plan. In the event you have exhausted your service rights, or the repair is not covered under the AppleCare+ Plan, you must have your Financed iPhone repaired or replaced at an Apple Store or through an Apple Authorized Service Provider at the prevailing service or out of warranty replacement rates. If you are upgrading via apple.com and repairs are not available under the AppleCare+ Plan as outlined above, your original iPhone will be returned to you, the Installment Loan associated with the original Financed iPhone will be reinstated, and you will be responsible for any outstanding installment payments, as well as any installment payments under your New Installment Loan.
And if you read a bit more down. Mine's currently sitting in Incheon, South Korea.Nope, same.
I saw a few pages back their phone left at 6:10 pm - it HAS the same "Arrival scan of 2:10, 9/17 in ZhengZhou" as mine, many others here.
I'll check back UPS later, I DO have a good feeling it will leave ZhengZhou soon.
