We’re together! Looks like ups tracking is severely delayed for us. I think our phones are already and have been in Hong Kong for quite a few hours.
I’m so glad for this forum knowing I’m not alone on this one. I’m both amazed and frustrated that my phone has sat in Hong Kong for the better part of a day! Knowing there are others gives me hope it’s planned.

Props to whoever it was that identified this third party cargo plane leaving out of ZZ yesterday. (The plane from the company based out of Michigan) Like others predicted, it appears the plane is also the one currently flying from Anchorage to Louisville. They just touched down in Anchorage for fuel.

Apple put my current iUP loan on hold! Next step should be an official tracking notice from them.
So glad they did the hold before I got charged. I had to email Tim Cook's office last year to get a refund on the extra payment for my 8+.

I stopped looking at Deliveries. Both my phone and watch show Preparing to Ship there, clone of my orders in the Apple store. UPS online is much more up to date. Maybe I’m missing something.Have export scans and departures scans on the phones from 3 hrs. Watch is still in China no movement.

Mine works flawlessly. I actually woke up to the notification from Deliveries that there was movement. Did you add the UPS tracking numbers to Deliveries?

Well I think the first "batch" of Xs's like mine have been now in Hong Kong for almost 48 hours (two days) and no scan movement indicated.
