Here is a picture from the 2016 thread. Mine was in the same boat... I did receive it on Saturday. Phone should have been delivered on 9/23, but didn't arrive in the US until 9/23 due to weather in Incheon.

Man UPS is really messing with me. Yesterday it said date tentative then this morning it had changed back to in transit and so I was feeling good.

Just checked again and it's back to date tentative.

I think UPS is updating their website or something. The desktop UI seems to be more in line with the mobile site now in terms of appearance.

Same. Doesn’t make much sense, my order processed within seconds of App store opening with a delivery of the 21st.

Are you having it shipped to home or Apple Store?

I really think much of ups tracking is broken this year!

It's alway been Mr Toad's Wild Ride... the specifics vary from year to year, but not the mayhem and confusion.

And, as has been stated multiple times in this thread (and others), a promised delivery date of 9/21 means you'll get your phone/watch on 9/21, regardless of what UPS or Apple show as tracking info along the way.

My phone showed up on UPS My Choice yesterday but I've yet to get a shipping notification from Apple. My phone is set to arrive Friday. The trouble is, we're going out of town.

For anyone who may know, how much time does it realistically add to change your delivery to a UPS store or pick up location? When I went to My Choice and saw what changing the option does, it says the new estimated delivery to the nearby UPS Store would be Monday. That seems a little excessive to take it to a location about a mile from my home.

We will be back home Saturday and I'd ideally love to get the phone then!

For those starting to freak out about non-movement in shipping. When the 6S launched I ordered two. One sat in ZZ for 3 days before being dispatched. It then went from ZZ to KY in "a day" due to the date/time line.

The other one I didn't get tracking info for until the day before.

Both delivered on time on launch.

I ordered the same Phone and Mine is also in Louisville, Based in My order of a Case that is programed to be delivered tomorrow, our phones should arrive to Mexico tomorrow morning.

Mine has shipped with tracking but none of that with Apple, as it still says preparing to ship at the store. You can get your tracking number on the UPS website. Either become a paid member of UPS My Choice or when you go to track on UPS website choose Track by Reference and enter your phone number or the Order # minus the last 2 digits.

I've never gotten this to work for me.

Looks like from flight aware, the Kalitta Air flight continued on from PANC and headed straight to SDF. It took off at 11:15 pm (correlating with my departure scan) and landed at 9:25 am. Should be scanning as arrived in Louisville any moment now!

Correct, you can do that with a free account. With premium, you can reroute to a different address (like work). You can also reschedule your delivery for another day, and also you get 2x 2-hour delivery windows that you can use.

That's pretty common. I've always received the status change info the Wednesday or Thursday before the Friday launch.
