How do you check by reference with your phone number? I still have no tracking information with a 9/21 delivery date.

Go to UPS nonmobile website, select tracking, and then track by reference. I don't know if you can do it by the mobile app.

The ironic part is this toy that I am waiting for is going to be picked up at UPS Hub and taken straight to Apple store and returned. I at the moment am with AT&T, which I was planning to leave at the end of the year, after my directv contract ended. However circumstances have changed and I am so disgusted with AT&T that I am leaving (possibly today) to go to T-Mobile. So the AT&T toy I preordered, but was too late to cancel, will be returned and a new toy ordered and who knows when I will actually get it...

If you paid in full it's unlocked and can be used on T-Mobile you just need to get a sim then you don't have to wait for another order!

Hey. I am not a paid member of My Choice but to change the address to a nearby UPS Store it says I don't have to be. Thank you for the promo codes though. I just mainly wanted to know if it would really take till Monday for them to drop the phone off at the store a mile away if I do change the delivery to there.

Agree with that: don't make a hasty decision. You have 14 days. Check out your options at the Apple Store. Depending on how you purchased, you may be able to easily switch to another carrier and just pop in their sim and be good to go. If you have to activate on AT&T, Apple may be able to execute a return, undoing the original transaction, and resell you the same device unlocked.

I ordered an XS Max 256GB Space Gray SIM-free via the Apple Store app on the 14th around 11am eastern with a Sept 28th - Oct 5th delivery date. It shows as Preparing to Ship.

Considering that UPS2997 landed in Louisville over an hour and a half ago and people still haven't gotten arrival scans, I'm guessing that tracking is experiencing some problems and can't really be trusted right now.

Those of us supposedly in Incheon might actually be on our way to Anchorage for all we know!

I hope you are right.. If not, we will have to wait tomorrows flight in the AM... Last year my iPhone managed to get to Florida from Asia in around 36 hours if I am not mistaken...

My phone showed up on UPS My Choice yesterday but I've yet to get a shipping notification from Apple. My phone is set to arrive Friday. The trouble is, we're going out of town.

For anyone who may know, how much time does it realistically add to change your delivery to a UPS store or pick up location? When I went to My Choice and saw what changing the option does, it says the new estimated delivery to the nearby UPS Store would be Monday. That seems a little excessive to take it to a location about a mile from my home.

We will be back home Saturday and I'd ideally love to get the phone then!

Last year mine departed AK and didn’t get another scan for a day and a half. It’s normal.
