Well it only goes to Ontario Int. While 63 that left hour before it from Hong Kong ends up after Anchorage at Louisville. It is possible there are phones there but betting on 63 for ones that showed in scans today from Hong Kong even if ours did not show in the mass scan.
Still stuck in ZZ.. been stuck there for 2 days now. Hoping to see some movement soon!
Anyone with an 11:15PM 9/18/18 Anchorage departure get an arrival scan in KY yet?
They really mean it when they say it'll be delayed until Monday if it's sent to a UPS Store: the stores are open on Saturday, but UPS won't deliver your package to the store until Monday. It'd be a rare exception if it was available for pickup at a store on Saturday.
Any chance that a neighbor would take it off of your porch and keep it safe until you get home?
I was out of town for two weeks when Directv finally decided to ship my Apple TV: I gave my tracking number to a good friend who got it off my porch quickly after delivery. Hope it works out for you.

Has anyone gotten a Departure Scan out of Hong Kong today? Two planes left this morning going to ANC and then on to Louisville and Ontario. I (rather my phone) have been sitting in Hong Kong for a couple of days

Customs. There’s no reason to rush them this early. On delivery day, they clear customs ~2am and still make connecting flights and truck deliveries.
Mine is sitting in South Korea but Deliveries thinks it's in Japan. Maybe its on a day cruise. Not gonna complain. It's moving at least. Now if I can only get Amazon to leave deliveries on my doorstep I'll be in good shape.
Same issue here. Deliveries says on their website that they use the Apple Maps location detection service and it is sometimes off when the location isn't specific or overly complicated (like in this case). You can actually drag that pin to the correct location and Deliveries will remember that for future packages.

I’d call the the store. They ought to know from history where they are in the logistics schedule. My experience is they tell you one day later than actual ( with my store).

The suspense is killing me!! I’m guessing it’s unloading and customs? No way they went through in an hour in AK.
Yep mine did not update today like some did (probably UPS 63), and I have been there now, since 8:30 PM on the 17th (local Hong Kong time).

Yikes this is me too (I didn't get a text but I'm not signed up). Usually I default to "Apple gets it done" but not a good sign. Kind of inexplicable why people who ordered seconds after launch would have products just sitting for several days without movement.
