Well it only goes to Ontario Int. While 63 that left hour before it from Hong Kong ends up after Anchorage at Louisville. It is possible there are phones there but betting on 63 for ones that showed in scans today from Hong Kong even if ours did not show in the mass scan.

Somehow missed that flight. I would agree looks like 63 is the better candidate. I've never had an iPhone go from ANK to Ontario Int. Always ANK to Louisville

Yep - going into the second day although I gather some are going into day 3.

Mine since evening of 17th local Hong Kong time:

Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 09/17/2018 8:29 P.M. Arrival Scan
Shenzhen, China 09/17/2018 6:30 P.M. Departure Scan
09/17/2018 3:50 P.M. Origin Scan
China 09/17/2018 3:43 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

No updates in the scans like some did (mostly later arrivals, hoping ours were just in back of pile to be loaded into todays flights that resulted in some scan updates )

Has anyone gotten a Departure Scan out of Hong Kong today? Two planes left this morning going to ANC and then on to Louisville and Ontario. I (rather my phone) have been sitting in Hong Kong for a couple of days

LOCATION DATE LOCAL TIME ACTIVITY
Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 09/18/2018 3:39 A.M. Arrival Scan
Shenzhen, China 09/18/2018 1:40 A.M. Departure Scan
Shenzhen, China 09/17/2018 5:50 P.M. Export Scan
09/17/2018 5:50 P.M. Origin Scan
China 09/17/2018 7:51 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

I also got stuck in Chek Lap Kok

Mine has been stuck in HK since 17th! ugh

Tracking has become boring. Blah

Yeah. 10+ years of waiting on these Apple products and it's starting to lose its luster. I really started feeling it going from the 6s+ to the 7+. Going from the 7+ to the X gave me a bit of hope that tech innovation was taking leaps and bounds again (albeit at a higher cost, which I was fine with), but then they came out with the Xs+ and I realized that innovation from Apple is now going to be in a ~3-4 year cycle.

Thanks. I could live with one day later. In fact, that is exactly what I want. What would I call them and ask exactly?
? You have delivery scheduled to arrive 9/21. If you change to deliver to their store, when will they have it and how will you know when it’s there??

Anyone with an 11:15PM 9/18/18 Anchorage departure get an arrival scan in KY yet?
I remember in years past that it takes a while sometimes for the phones to go through customs/get the import scan due to the volume of packages being imported into Louisville from everywhere around the world and if one package on the pallet has an issue then ALL of them are held up. I remember a couple years ago they were missing import papers or something and I was freaking out!! Ended up making it on time though

As has mine:

Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 09/17/2018 8:29 P.M. Arrival Scan
Shenzhen, China 09/17/2018 6:30 P.M. Departure Scan
09/17/2018 3:50 P.M. Origin Scan

I am hoping that the ones which showed as departing were on UPS 63, and they just had a large container (s) to put in it which included those who have arrived earliest. I have seen that and my phone never shows til thru customs at the Louisville hub. Once the UPS plane 63 makes Louisville and time for customs and breakup of big packages happens then we will know the truth of my belief ;-)

Same. Mine has been sitting at Chek Lap Kok since ~ 5:00am on the 17th. No movement. Hoping they're just behind in the scans, but who knows.

It feels like I had some kind of info on my iPhone X shipment last year by this time. I’m in the upgrade program, pre-approved, order went through at 12:01. This year, app still says preparing for shipment, that it will be delivered by the 21st, but there’s no tracking number, and nothing on UPS about a delivery scheduled for Friday. Just seems odd. It’s less than 40 hours until it should be on my local truck for delivery and not a sign of movement.

It seems that ones on 18th or such are ones that showed in scans as departed. I am not sure how they stored the phones in Hong Kong til they send them but I have seen UPS use these big containers that they fill then load on plane when full in looking at logistics info/videos/images. I am kind of wondering since supposedly the Xs's went to Hong Kong and had "lower' sales it took longer to fill up the number of containers needed to justify another flight. That at least is my hope also and maybe they just do a departure scan on the last loaded pallets missing our older arrival pallets already in back of one of these shipping containers?

mine will be a full two days (local time) in a few more hours

Hi all. I just talked with my local UPS driver and he said there was a system wide outage to the tracking system this morning, until the failover servers sync with the primary, it may appear to be no movement for your packages, but everything is still moving as scheduled. Don’t worry.

1 still have 1 phone stuck in Zhengzhou:
ZhengZhou, China 09/17/2018 2:10 A.M. Arrival Scan

and 1 phone stuck in Incheon:

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/18/2018 8:10 P.M. Arrival Scan

Both XS Max 256GB (one SG one Gold) awesome luck.

That makes a lot of sense I imagine the older arrivals at Hong Kong moved with the later ones to the flight 63 but only the later ones made the scan with this outage and lack of syncing of all the tracking data. It has been flaky for most of morning. Plus the fact that we often see some pallets missed when a full batch is loaded on the planes and don't show til arrival at Louisville and customs ect.

What will be interesting is to see when the sync is finalized and tracking catches up where our Hong Kong group actually was loaded and shipped (earlier? the UPS63 a few hours ago?).

In mean time will suffer using my old "X" LOL
