Hi all. I just talked with my local UPS driver and he said there was a system wide outage to the tracking system this morning, until the failover servers sync with the primary, it may appear to be no movement for your packages, but everything is still moving as scheduled. Don’t worry.
It’s also possible that the KY arrival scan for the 11pm AK departures is taking a while because they all need to be individually split from the pallet at this point.

Well the pallets/containers are usually batched scanned after exiting the aircraft and then again as it’s loaded into the next container for departure from Worldport. I imagine this has already been done, but it’s just taking a bit for all the systems to catch-up.

Ya I don't think there is much human involvement with this. Everything is automated as they move through the system. Pretty sure it's not a couple guys standing there breaking down pallets that would take forever because there's more than just iPhones going through

Same here.. 2:02 CST order time, Max 64 Space Gray, preparing to ship, no tracking number or info since order number came through..
Have you searched by reference and used your phone number? Thats’ the only reason any of us have “tracking” numbers... we’re all “preparing to ship” according to Apple...

I do the same thing every year. Much more convenient than waiting all day for the door (if they even ring the bell).
Not even waiting for the door but like today my case came via UPS and was here at 10:58 but it ranges anywhere from about 10AM to 4PM so picking it up at 9:30 I know ill have it at 9:30. It doesn't mention a signature being required for the shipment which it weird normally Apple does.

That’s actually how it’s done. Yeah most of it’s through machine. But there’s a person who has to break the pallets down put them on a belt and them so on.

Finally got some movement. Hopefully it's on this flight
