Someone said UPS tracking was down this morning and won't update until the backup server syncs with the primary so if they left earlier that may be the case

That would make sense, logistically it would only make sense that our devices are on this flight.

That would make sense, logistically it would only make sense that our devices are on this flight. UPS is hit/miss with tracking information updates all the time, so I'm not really surprised

Yes. Hopefully it's the UPS tracking meltdown and our phones and watches are actually moving, but we just can't see it now...

256GB Silver Max with 11:15 Ank departure. No updates since then and my delivery date, which went from tentative to 9/21 after arriving in Anchorage just went back to tentative. My assumption is there is an import scan / customs hold up.

I have no doubts it will be here by 9/21 just frustrating to watch the changes - yet I can’t stop either. . .

Tentative doesn't really mean much it just replaces the "On Time" after in transit. So it's not really late yet but they don't know how long it will take so they can't say it will be on time either. Each shipment clears customs at one time its not each individual phone so it won't take long. Customs is also done in Louisville not AK

Mine went to tentative as well. Wasn't tentative ~1 hour ago.

Mine went to Tentative after holding it for pickup at the CC but it still says available for pickup 9/21

with My UPS I have the option to "sign online" otherwise it's noted that the package cannot leave the package.

It might once each package becomes its own shipment the system might get more info about them when they are individually scanned

i think all the updates take place in the middle of the night

Mine showed up between 2 and 4 am as well. I was wondering if Deliveries would throw an alert for those sorts of changes and it did which allows me to not keep so many windows refreshed haha
