Guys if your tracking says delivery on 9/21 than there's a 99.99% chance on 9/21 you will have it! Please don't take up time from UPS reps helping other customers. They can't see anymore info than we can and they defiantly can't make it move any faster so there is no use in bothering them!

Any updates on the Ancourage packages? When are they arriving to Louisiana?

They're already off to Kentucky even if the scan doesn't show. The turn time is very short and only really there to refuel.

This has been asked at least 5-10 times a day. No shipment notification from Apple until import is complete in Louisville

I’ve asked UPS support 3 times which CC my phone is being processed through and they’ve said the same place each time... but I still don’t trust them. There’s two CCs in my city and I’m not about to risk a delay by picking the wrong one just because support guesses wrong or is just telling me the CC closest to my delivery address by a smidge on some auto search...

Then maybe stop asking them? lol

Apple's site will not show tracking information until Thursday.
You can check UPS using your phone number or order number as the reference.
YES, you will get your phone on 9/19 if that's when Apple said you'd get it.
UPS CC is different from your neighborhood UPS Store. It will delay your shipmet if you choose the store.
The UPS call center person cannot tell you any more info than you can see online so save your time and theirs and don't call.
Have fun here and back away from the ledge.

I mean he can't see every detail he can't guarantee anything all he can say is hopefully it's ready on 9/21 from the info he has. He probably can't see anymore tracking or info than we can right now

Same here. Pre-Ordered on Apple.com at 3:05am Fri and charged and mine still says Preparing for shipment. When and what did you order? Mine is an iPHone XS Max Space Grey 256 unlocked.

So I was part of the 2:10 am phones stuck in ZZ and was pretty late to the party getting to ZZ. Woke up this morning to find my phone got put on the flight from ZZ to Anchorage this morning and is now in Louisville. To whatever ups/Apple magician stopped my phone from going to Incheon and got it direct to Alaska, thank you!!!

I’m in UK and we can’t do the UPS thing to see your shipping details early, or at least I can’t. It’s annoying but probably because there’s a small no of people that would get upset that their phone is in their city early but they can’t get it until Friday.i just want to watch every step of its progress. I know I won’t get until release day but c’mon Apple, STILL preparing for dispatch! Really! Just update the shipping already it’s my first new phone in 4 years, almost to the day (according to TimeHop)

He said hopefully you will have it on 9/21 based on what he can see nothing is wrong with the shipment and it should be ready 9/21. How is any of that incorrect?

We here have spent years gathering a Borg-like knowledge of this process and know far more about it than any front-line customer service agent. Keep your questions here and get answers here that are based on a lot of experience.

We really do need a way to pin this info to the top of every page. It would help keep new folks informed.

We are here to have fun while we all wait for our new iPhone's we are tracking all this for fun to pass time. We aren't worried about when they come we are just having fun and watching the magic of logistics happen.

Just have creator of the post add that line.

But the truth is if you send it to the UPS store, you run the chance of not getting you phone until one day later.

It might be to late for that type of change now.

I actually live in Anchorage so it’ll be interesting to see if my phone gets off the plane or makes the trip to the hub and then back up here.
