you didn't read the earlier part where he said original date of delivery was 9/19. Saying this is correct information? Relax man!

Not really. The regulars are all still super chill. There's a few people getting worked up over some answers they are getting from UPS for questions they didn't need to ask them in the first place.

I said it earlier and I'll say it again--
We here have spent years gathering a Borg-like knowledge of this process and know far more about it than any front-line customer service agent. Keep your questions here and get answers here that are based on a lot of experience.

We really do need a way to pin this info to the top of every page. It would help keep new folks informed.

Over the years, I've learned to just trust the process. I used to get worked up watching the shipment progress and seeing no movement, but every year, the phone is delivered when it says it will be.

They won't have "messed up" until it's not in your hands on the date they said it would be.

Well we all know your iPhone wasn't coming on 9/19 so maybe a human made a mistake? Calm down and stop being so rude. If you can't do that then please leave the thread. We are all being cool and chatting and not having a single issue and we don't appreciate you starting one now.

My XS Max case was supposed to deliver today, however early this morning it went for Louisville to New Mexico...and I live in Houston. UPS just told me they messed up while sorting it and there is not a delivery date confirmed yet. Ugh

This has been asked at least 5-10 times a day. No shipment notification from Apple until import is complete in Louisville

Thank you for this information! I have been checking the app every ~5 mins to see what is going on. Do you know why some people get to track the shipment from China and others don't see it till Louisville?

If you paid in full it's unlocked and can be used on T-Mobile you just need to get a sim then you don't have to wait for another order!

Could be! If you have UPS MyChoice, check to see if a shipment has showed up in your account. Or, search UPS by reference number with your phone number.

Check UPS with your order number as a reference number. just don't enter the last 2 numbers. Normally Preparing to Ship on Apple means there is some UPS activity.

I’ve asked UPS support 3 times which CC my phone is being processed through and they’ve said the same place each time... but I still don’t trust them. There’s two CCs in my city and I’m not about to risk a delay by picking the wrong one just because support guesses wrong or is just telling me the CC closest to my delivery address by a smidge on some auto search...

It's the same hub you receive all your UPS packages from. I've got multiple hubs here as well and it's always the same one.

Mine got delayed twice in CA yesterday first was a late trailer then it said it was incorrectly sorted. It said delay at first then that went away and it still made it today on time.
