I ordered mine first at 12:04 and my wife’s at 12:05. Mine is stuck in ZZ at 2:10 am while hers arrives at ZZ 2:10 but departed and has arrived and departed AK since. Why would hers be departing AK while mine is still sitting in China?

Same story here, except mine is idle in Incheon. They must not be first-in-first-out, but it wouldn’t matter if they plan to hit the promised date for all of them.

My UPS app shows "Exception" but only on the list view when i click the tracking it shows "In Transit" in green and so does the website. So that's weird nothing says Exception except that one spot. And still says 9/21

My 256 Max Gold is heading to Texas also. It is stuck in Incheon right now.

Same here man. Weird. I can only assume at this point that these are shipped on size and color. Kind of makes sense. A massive plane loaded with only max 256 space gray. Then another plane with max 256 gold. Another max 256 silver... and so on. Because from what I see. The ones that order max 256 gray is still sitting in ZZ at 2:10.

Chicago here, stuck in Incheon, hoping to be on 99 and see some changes pretty quickly here.

Also while we're killing time what are people thinking regarding stock of cases in stores? We have 2 flagships here and I imagine the lines are going to be chaotic. Thinking of grabbing a silicon or leather but also considering ordering something similar to a peel with a top notch screen protector. Thoughts?

I am planning on heading to the LP store once my phone arrives to get a leather case and a Belkin screen protector.

I'm not at all sure anyone is still really stuck in ZZ. I think the scan reports are off. After years of doing this I'm confident that if your order says it will deliver 9/21 you'll have it on 9/21. Sometimes you're down to the wire and think, no way, and magically it appears at your doorstep or at your CC. Every year.

Me too!!Both my phones have a departure scan from Chek Lap Kok Hong Kong since last night. Nothing on them as of yet.

I ordered an XS Max 256GB Space Gray SIM-free via the Apple Store app on the 14th around 11am eastern with a Sept 28th - Oct 5th delivery date. It shows as Preparing to Ship.

My second phone i ordered is still Processing with the same ship date. I ordered it a little later that day. Hoping it changes to Preparing to Ship soon.
