Did you get said email and what device did you preorder and what was the last scan of your package?

I had that problem then it showed up. You know you have one? Someone said theirs showed when they used Chrome or IE?

I had the same problem when using the app or mobile site. The CC showed up as an option using a computer.

UPS can handle Apple shipments but not the fanatics hitting refresh?

Maybe they are doing it just to screw with the folks who get their panties in a bunch when their tracking doesn’t update. They are probably monitoring this forum lol

that has happened to me before. I suspect some trigger that is automatically set to go off. Go ahead and call Apple. Let’s let UPS do their job.

I was getting the same thing...I had to call, a few times actually...they kept telling me there needs to be a delivery attempt and then I'd call back and the next person would do it without any problem.

I don't think it will be marked as shipped until it has cleared customs in the US.

So my order changed from Order in Progress to "Preparing to ship" last night and cc has a pending charge of the sales tax. Does that mean the phone has already shipped if the cc was charged?? I have a date of 9/28-10/5... so I'm kinda hoping this means it'll come before the 28th (maybe even this Saturday? lol).
